Wow that was a grim trip...... but perseverance pays off......
The weather has been settled for at least 5 days now and that has made Southbourne barron almost void....
I was well chuffed to get that whiting then a couple of casts later the bass.......phew still havent blanked I can't even remember the last blanking session
Now blanking is inevitable at some point try ringing the changes chop change and add to your rigs bait etc
Cast close in or far out try changing something but sometimes there just not anything in front of you....
I've saved sessions just by walking 100yrds down the beach and moving and saved sessions with just 1 fish don't get to complacent move it can work in your favour......
