He grinds like 100-200 levels each quest
Wish I had that commitment
Not that hard tbh i grinded from lvl 2075 (peanut scouts) till max lvl (2450) bc the respawn time is fast
1 level is 1 minute every grind. it doesn't depend on which mob its all connected to respawns and how close is the quest giver

Fun fact: In cookie island, where there are 7 npcs, you can actually angle yourself to a certain place and you'd be able to use your V skill to hit all of them.
Look at at tree at the left and where the path enlarges to a circle. Try graphing them and go to where they intersect with each other.
Also works with godhuman x skill (hold it until it let go itself)

the only downside of grinding only normal npc with a logia fruit is that you wouldn’t upgrade your observation haki that much
there is npc with haki but its rare so just use at boss
