Day 4 :- This book is too much about psychological facts which for someone is good and some people might find it boring. For me , this book is giving 3 important lesson in very simple words without complications. 1) Always stay positive 2) Think logical with high morality and ethics. 3) Be strong enough to accept yourself, bcoz unless we won't accept that something is wrong , we can't really change ourselves.

For me , this book is giving 3 important lesson in very simple words without complications.
1) Always stay positive

--Gussa aur dar ke upar jitna chahiye.
--dusro dikhane ke liye yaa fir aalas ko chupane ke liye hume satya ke maarg par nhi jaana chahiye. Hume apne aap ko improve karne ke liye satya ki raste pe chalna chahiye.
--Jitne bhi relationship hain humare usko hume accept karna chahiye.
--Hume daily prayer karna chahiye.
--Anaasak bhaab se karm karna chahiye as per lord krishna and bhagvad geeta.

Accpet karna bahut jaruri hai life Mai. Jab hum accept karte hai tab hum free ho jate hai. Jab Tak accept nhi krte Tak dimag Mai khel chalu rahta hai. Koi bhi chij ho accept krne ke baad hum solution par focus kr skte hai. Jab Tak accept nhi krte tab Tak hum rote rahte hai,ya chinta krte hai,gussa krte hai. Isliye accept karna chahiye jindagi Mai chije asan hogi.

1- Happiness is in living a minimalistic life having less desires because wishes are never ending
2- Don't involve emotions for ur goals ,always have the feelings of detachment and Attachment both so that when you fail then also u remain happy and satisfied
3- Love what you are doing because this is the only great work u can do (now)
4- Before accepting anything ,use ur common sense be honest become self aware
5- Develop understanding and acceptance of ur past ,present and future .Acceptance is the only way to achieve happiness
6- Instead of focusing on What went wrong ? focus on What can be improved as mistakes are integral part of life and its okay do them
7- Accept ur negative and positive both feelings. Don't protest against the negative feelings because then according to law of attraction ur life will be filled with negativity so accept it and keep accepting it until it evaporates
