Can We FINALLY Conquer P Trail????

- We have been unable to make it past the first 100ft or so on P trail in over 5 years, ever since experiencing the Sherp on our visit to Russia one thing has never left my mind! Can we do P trail!! lol. The toughest part of P trail is the couple feet of water is standing on several feet of sticky, gooey quicksand like muskeg lol, the atv's and sxs's can only make it so far pushing the gooey mess before it stacks up so high you can not go any further, we have tried several times and always the same result! We got in touch with the Canadian dealers and they brought out 2 brand new Sherps to give it a go. Check out their website for any other info or questions sherp.ca Hope you enjoy the video my friends!

The fact that they can relax and stay dry with the window open with all of that mud and water flying everywhere is what's most impressive to me.
But that kinda defeats the point of offroading when all you do is point it and press the gas on a quad you at least have to time the accelerations and shift your weight in this you just sit and press the gas
King Willie The beauty of a purpose built vehicle eh!
snee headlights clear as daylight
Well this is for different people then ey
When i used to ride it was for the adrenaline rush. This is not the answer for that!
I can't afford any of this because I sit and watch youtube videos all day
Joel LeRue should be getting paid for this right?

Technically thats not a trail, thats a swamp
tijman1 looks like home here in Florida
Randy Magnum yep
Exactly
I was thinking you'd have more luck with an airboat on that first bit
Probably makes a great snowmobile trail.
the Russians know how to make an off-roader.
Luke Schofield no they don’t , they make ugly weird looking shit
Funniest thing: in far syberian cities even a kid know, how from crap build a good offroad vehicle. Because every spring our asphalt is disappear with snow.
Not literally of cause, but close.
swamp buggies have been running around swamps and bayous of loisiana, and florida for decades
It's easier to produce off readers than builds good roads)
@@user-kl5gm8nm6r You make pretty vehicle that can go through puddle, we make big box with wheels that goes anywhere.
Hate to say it folks, but russian equipment is made to withstand what russia has to offer and that is the outlands of siberia. After all the failures of japanese, american, german, and korean atvs, the russians just had to show the world how it is done. Now, in time trials on such a trail, speed will get you nowhere if you can not finish the course. This machine is insane! Love it!!
Azri'el Collier why do you hate to say it?
Ayeee we got the same last name! ;)
Ayeee we don't have the same last name!!:p

I am sooo envious after seeing this. I want a Sherp. You can truly say, “Go Where NO MAN has gone before”.
Diffidently
Приятно видеть, что канадцев заинтересовала наша техника. Удачи.
Vodka
Это как то дико смотрится! Наша техника за бугром обычно наоборот!
Конкретно этим канадцам из ostacruiser заплатили за рекламу. Вот и все. А успех или неудача будет определены лет через 5.

How do you get a sherp
@@cameronreynolds9264 rite full payment of 120k Americano dolhairs, you too can have one of these fine Ruski matchines.
ostacruiser: 14:15 "you tell me another vehicle that can do that"

Jonathan Stansell theirs always that one Honda guy lol
+Jonathan Stansell hahaha so true
ostacruiser I was waiting for the guy that says " my 300 fourtrax woulda crawled through that in 1st gear"
I bet mud poppy could LOL!
TheCamaro5 oh god....or Christian Amy....
All I want to say is thank you so much for not letting that sickening music play in the background the entire video. I love these Little Russian 4x4 Sherp's and love to see guys like you put them to the test. Thanks Guys.
If a bob cat took steroids this is what they would look like!
If a bob cat, a fish, and a helium balloon all had sex. This is the outcome
If hulk and a four wheeler had sex this would be the outcome
Chase no it's if danny Duncan and a bobcat had sex and took steroids this is the outcome
Tyler Dailey true
Its just a baby Kraz :)
Congrats on getting a Sherpa out there. I am impressed.
what I love about these things is the fender design, mud flying every where an none going in the windows or on the unit above the fender
No mud was hurt in the making of this film.
this baby needs a standard load of 6 people and 60 bottles of Vodka to show its maximum performance
trully blyatfull experience guaranteed
Agreed
skip to 8:00 that's when they finally drive one
+Tommeh hemmot lol. Sorry for boring you
Tommeh hemmot thanks
Pretty lame until the actual topic took the path.
Tommeh hemmot thank you!
TY, i would have searched ATVs if i wanted to watch that crap.
The sherp is like a cross between an Argo, a crawler tractor, and a Rollagon. It transitions effortlessly between being a wheeled vehicle and being a boat.
Very well explained. I agree. I got to ride in Rollagons in my tree planting days a long time ago lol
If I had one I wouldn't sit and watch you tube all day. I live in swampy Florida and I would have plenty of places to have fun on one.
красавцы! хоть кто то в канаде теперь на нормальные вездеходы использует! =)))
I was reading down thru the comments and saw a few people saying it's not worth the money you could make the money back with one of these just taking hunting and fishing expeditions out during the winter and taking hikers and camper's out spring and summer it would pay for it self and it would be the first machine the local law would be looking for in a emergency . I would love to get one
Just the sound of the paddles on the tires are enough to make one grin :) such an adorable sort of sound :)
This is the coolest Machine!!!
Thanks
Todd
Impressive vehicle.Given these units, it's clear that Russia has some pretty gnarly country. This was also evidenced by your video on the ATV mud bog contest you recorded there. So it seems that both mud and music unite people across the world!
The Sherp is just pure Badass!!Great Video!!👍 👍!!😎!
Привет друзья! Глядя на эти кадры, в нутри просыпается, что то дикое, необусданное и я от всей души поздравляю Вас с приобретением, и желаю, что бы эта машина была отличным проводником познания природы! УДАЧИ ВАМ!!!
Stop filming videos in my driveway!! I see you edited out where my wife drove past yall in her Civic.
Ned Reck. best comment so far
No. That's the driveway to the portal potty
So ,youre a bigfoot!
*We wait next video with SHERP!*
1000ft of winch cable and my Ranger will make it!
+KEVIN MASTERS lol true

generic2858 so true
Awesome videos love the skeg runs keep having fun
and not a single drop of mudd above "the waisete" of the vehicle.. this is amazing
Those fenders do a charm
A boat could probably clear p-trail
helseth96 a air boat will but not a propeller or jet boat
Aidan Nina or with A mud motor
fly_it_like_you_stole_it there's no such thing as a mud motor there's something called a surface motor but it won't make it through there that's scag basically if you took slime grass/weed and cow shit and Everglades mud only boat could get through that trail is the air boat
You would have to be an absolute master at trolling motor to get through that in a flat bottom boat haha
one of those small little jetjohns would work
This is so awesome!! Thank Osta!!
I could sit and watch that thing for hours. So cool you got a Sherp to do P Trail.
+Sask Trail Riders part 2 is pretty sweet too. Thanks for watching dude
We have been operating vehicles similar to the Sherpa in the Everglades for decades. An Internet search for "Florida swamp buggies" will get you started.
Nunya Biznes thin tall tires with boat like bodies, but far different than a Sherpa, though I they sure do good in the races in FL.
Nunya Biznes I grew up around swamp buggies
Nunya Biznes a swamp buggy whould make it through there no problem tbh I have a 454 big block chevy with dual turbo in mine
BeLow_ Average_YT was hoping you had a video of that, didn't see one though.
Nunya Biznes yeah like the thing the swamp man drove in axe men but his had 10 foot aluminum wheels
You people are sick! That rodeo stunt with your ATVs, submarining them in that muck hahahaha!
you get me hooked every time cant wait tell part 2
+Matt Nelson thanks dude
saw the thumb nail and thought it was an Rc buggy, what a monster thanks for droppin my jaw lol
It is a machine for tourism in extreme places. You will not be prevented by snow. Rain and mud and water to get to the destination. There is a proverb about this car. We come to Sherpa where wolves are afraid to shit)))))))
that @3:25 looks like a certain creek people go up withouta paddle!!!😂😂
So totally impressive along with the amazing landscape, P trail sure is a tough SOB, but Sherp just ATE IT!! Dont think theres anything can stop those machines! Thanks for sharing!
+Keyboard Krazy Thanks dude
There is no denying this "trail" is a swamp. And there is no doubt that IF they truly wanted to "clear" this "trail" for the purpose of driving through it on 4x4 vehicles, that they need to get out the earth movers and engineers and do it. Taking a Sherp up it to survey is 1 thing but moving a couple branches and trees by hand (which the Sherp clearly does not need moved) is not going to do a thing for the swamp to be passable. For those thinking the point of this was to be going flat out and adrenaline rush action, you obviously did not get the point. These rigs are about floating and getting places that the standard and modified 4x4's just won't go. For every job, there is a tool. This Sherp machine is a good rescue tool. It is a good survey tool. There are going to be places it CANNOT go. ;) Like everything, it has it's own limits. Some people said things like sending air boats and misc. other types of vehicles. In some stages some things would no doubt work. But not in all stages. The point of this was to find 1 vehicle to take the whole trip. Float and drive to the other end of the "trail". (Swamp)
Yes well said dude
Those things are bad ass. But if you ever stuck one. you'd play hell getting it out
You not only mixed that metaphor, you drowned it then shot it for good measure. ("you'll have hell to pay") is the actual saying.
This terrain is difficult for non amphibious vehicles like four wheelers and SxSs, but using something amphibious is completely different. While I'm really impressed by the Sherp, I have been through areas this bad and even much worse (successive beaver dams, traveling up rivers, deep floating muskeg, clay pits, etc.) with my 8x8 Argo with rubber tracks, and I can still go most places with the tires as well. Sherp is certainly a different animal when compared to the Argo or Muddox but the terrain it goes in is definitely not impassable to other amphibious vehicles. Also both Argo and Muddox when tracked are extremely capable in winter, I pretty much go anywhere except for steep inclines. Considering the Sherp is skid steer, is there a tire-over-track system in the works for it as well? If not I would be interested in designing something for sure!
You are unlikely to be able to design. The SHARP has a redistribution of tire pressure and a certain tire pressure is selected for each surface. It is difficult to combine with rubber tracks, for you need constant pressure or caterpillars will run across.
MAN those machines are awsome lol great vid man!!
Very cool! Thanks so much for sharing.
Forest so much resembles some places mid-Northern Russia, like Southern Karjala and Saint-Petersburg whereabouts. Truly said Canada is a much kin country.
I agree 100% friend
Late for dinner i am because of this.
Well done Boys!
+Ajaxaxxess lol sorry dude
Hell yeah been waiting to see this ever since you mentioned it!
Was in a planting camp that traveled across northern Canada this summer. At our final contract we got 3 of these Sherps. The guy that dropped them off explained kindly, that there was no winch because they don't get stuck. Right. 130 000$ off road rig that doesn't need a winch. Needless to say we got them stuck copious amounts of times, broke drive chains, murdered so drive shaft bolts etc. At the end of the day they're pretty unbelievable equipment and probably the coolest machine any of us had ever been in but damn for that much money they could really use a winch.
I mean when the water comes above your ATV seat its no longer a trail, its a river!
leave it to the russians😅😅😅
They are Canadians
onerabidcanadian the people who designed the sherps are not, and thats who I was referring to
He was talking about the manufacturers of this vehicle not the drivers.
Sorry but we are not living in the Trump country we dont live in the western cowboy desert we have some snow and mud and we do love to see these Russian Sherp its some great machinery !
Inventor of Sherp - Kazakh from Almaty.
Wow that's amazing. And Canada looks beautiful
I don't work in the bush anymore, but when I was a surveyor in Northern Alberta in the 80s we would have cruised up P trail in an Argo, finished our job, and gone home for supper. I remember watching weekend warriors like you guys, and being amused at how much money you spent to try things I was getting paid to do.
+daniel higgins lol there is no way an Argo would be climbing over logs and downed trees. Come out for a rip, it'll open your eyes. Cheer up dude lol
If you'd trie with a military bv206 It might also make it
I'm placing bets one of ostas soon to come vids...."Osta gets a sherp"
+VandallXT haha I Wish!
ostacruiser you did!!!!!
Bryan Bro lol ya
He really did
Congrats
Super video! Especially when with copter shooting, Canada is very beautiful !!!
another great video buddy ! Keep them coming
The sherp is one awesome rig !! How can I get a couple 5hp stickers ?
Mark Sinn I'd need about 50
природа прям как у нас в России.
Im so happy i discovered this channel
Awesome!
friggin awesome footage love it
Someone should take down the names of all the guys on the quads and NEVER buy anything they've ever owned !
I watch y'all work y'alls butts off riding much like I did years ago. I live in Louisiana just south of Shreveport where CATVOS, HighLifter and S-3 is. I was wondering if y'all have ever had any of them up there to ride and if you did would you tell them that 32"- 34" tires would be better if they were wider like the smaller ones. I know here where I live when there's no bottom the wide tires do better especially if they can paddle some
+Stacy Reid We are planning a trip this year for some of them to come visit. Usually skinny fronts and wide rears work best up here
You guys rock. great videos.
Awesome video 10 thumbs up, I want more content from you love all the vids and when are you buying a Sherpa
They float and move forward in water. How was there any doubt it would make it?
The seadoo would've made it through the swamp
I have never seen this vehicle before but I can only imagine how much fun it would be to drive one and have a blast driving down or through the neighborhood let alone going off road in one of these
Never been a quad fan....till now. Cool stuff
Cool rig for sure. I couldn't help but notice the lack of speed control on the steering. It seems its full throttle or stop...?
John Kastelic gas pedal and clutch on the floor like an automobile.
OMG I want one!
You know you’re having fun when you giggle like that!
Whoa! Those guys rock for making the trip big time!
Awesome video!
I've finally decided on my zombie apocalypse vehicle!
Myings a choppee
WOW Osta, THESE ARE INSANE !!!! i so want one now lol AWESOME CONTENT !!!
+GonZo Ty bud. We love it
That lifted Can am sounds GOOOOOD
Sherp, best in the world !!! =)
Ostacruiser have you ever heard of a Marsh Master? About the only other thing I think might perform like the Sherpa! Check em out!!!
wow what an amazing machine! Love it
those look like amazing machines with those wheels !! holy crap you guys need a friggin boat to get through that pond hahah. keep killin it guys
My dad has an Argo that he put a v ten desil in that would float through that trail
Yes but not over those massive logs I don't think
Самое главное, что если Шерп будет набирать по миру популярность, китайцы тут же создадут более ломучий клон. Зато он будет намного дешевле. Это к бабке не ходи ( последняя фраза при переводе на английский не работает)
Those things are incredible!
I was just thinking, “what about an Argo?” when you answered that question in the footage. That makes sense.
I’ll say this: as much as I like off-reading, I don’t like it enough to swim in stinky mud like you all were on the quads! My hat’s off to you. Happy trails!
I SAW THAT THOSE SHERPAS ON THE TRAILER DRIVING THROUGH MY HOMETOWN A COUPLE WEEKS AGO
Andrew Benoit hey buddy lets go quading with Ostacruiser at Bronson 😂
Imagine one of these with +100hp and sum torque
Cobster [DANK] Wilson I'm sorry but that's about the torqueist thing I've ever seen holy shit those are so powerful
Caleb M. Tru dat
Dear Cobster, no need any +100Hp for this viechle. Secret not in power and torq but in special low pressure wheels (balloons). And If u will see russian channel Герасим Шерп u will understand that such mud passes w\o speed but with wheel pressure lowering and smal speed (for stable moving).
Awesome machine!
awesome, thouroughly enjoyed it!
Наверное Русские блогеры меньше сняли видео про Шерп чем иностранные :)
Герасим штампует без передышки.
I Want ONE !!!!
Awesome video thanks for sharing
wow , It's like a small paddle boat with wheels , That's awesome .
Russian TANKS THE BEST!!!!
No their tanks aren't but there offraoding vehicles are up there.
Yes they are.

Awesome ! Good videos & You jut made them a few more sales LOL
You could call the Sherp: The Trail Combine, it processes them like true combines in cornfields hahaha!
