At around 4:50, you suggest swapping out of Calcharo's attack animation to Verina, but wouldnt that get rid of Yinlin's Outro buffs? I'm assuming the footage is from one of the CBT where swapping out doesn't get rid of the Deepen buffs, but that was changed on Live.
Well apparently some guy found if you use swap cancel and the unit let’s say Calcharo switch to Yinlin’s but before Yinlin finishes her intro skill switch to Calcharo and you keep all the buffs from Yinlin’s outro.
swapping mid combo will cause calcharo to lose the yinlin buff due to the rework of outro skills so be wary not to follow the combos presented here to the letter

Outro skills no longer effect a character upon switching off of them whereas before, in the closed beta, the buff would remain for the full duration regardless of switching, so this video is using outdated mechanics that have since been nerfed

ima be honest I have been building him and although mines isnt insane or anything, he's built about the same as my Havoc rover and the dude's damage is like.. 1/8 of what rover does.. he does like 4k to her 25k built nearly the same. I've been wondering if it's even worth pulling Yinlin since Yuanwu doesn't feel too good because his playstyle feels a bit weird. Like he kinda wants to be on field because of his Lightning infused state because thats where he breaks alot more. Idk its weird He hasn't been feeling good so far.
@@Zolrain from what i see, he's more of a shieldbreaker, he wants to be on the field when the bosses have shield. if the shield's down, then he swap out to the main dps. thanks for the info, but I'm still gonna try to build him
aye i'd say just build him if you like him in the first place. But i'd definitely do some testing first with the guy, ideally he should shield break into your DPS like Chixia that needs to stay uninterrupted so it makes sense on paper
Due to the outro changes, Yinlin is now much better used having more on field time, the most time Calcharo would spend on field should be when his ult is up otherwise just have Yinlin out swap to Calcharo when his intro skill is ready or when you really need to swap out. Having Yinlin's forte skill up everytime should be the priority since the more time her forte skill is used the more you can squeeze out the most damage Yinlin can provide to team.
It'll be hard to say until she officially comes out, but I can agree to an extent. It'll probably be good to have full cruelty stacks at the start of his burst so he can bank on his passive 10% liberation buff as well as if you have it stack the standard broad sword passive. But I can certainly see them both having a fair share of on field time closer to Jiyan and Mortefi as in only really swapping to Jiyan when you're gonna ult or setting up to ult.
I know Chixia can be called Ma Xiaofeng, but haven't managed to recall why ^^'. Thank you, i needed reasons to build Yuanwu given i have him at c3 😭 (yin lin's banner isn't even out yet! might have him c6)
aye i'd say you should wait for a proper showcase first before heavily investing, unless you like playing him anyway. I'll say though from what i've tried, he makes fights A LOT more easier in terms of survival with his shield + Anti interruption

I would've pulled this baddie if it weren't for Yuanwu, I already have 2 Electro, I wanna keep my resonator elements balanced. Also, I pull based on how cool the overall resonator animations
You can get Crit rate OR crit damage on a 4 cost echo. You can also choose to equip two 4 cost echo to get both Crit rate and Crit damage. The difference is, you can equip echoes with the cost of 43311 which has higher stat total, but you can't equip two 4 cost echo with CR/Cdmg on that setup. For the double Crit setup, you'd need an echo cost of 44111, which is 11 cost total, slightly less stat value. There are no echoes that only has Attack% Main stat as well, all of them can have a variety of main stats, hence the farming RNG. You can get attack% main on 4 cost echo too, but there are also CR/Cdmg/Healing Bonus/Def/Hp
I just found out that Spectro Rover can heal lol thanks to that now i can make a nice team with her, Yinlin and problably Calcharo... sadly shes not so good with my favorite kid, Encore...
My only suggestion would be once you swap into Calcharo with his 3 stacks gained prior to using Yinlin's outro on him and to use his heavy into an animation cancel by quickly using Mephis and then ulting the second Mephis' combo is over. I haven't tested if you can animation cancel out of the heavy into your echo but I don't see why not. This way assuming you don't need to dodge during it you should get full buffs to unleash Calcharo's full ult
Great video will definitely play the Calcharo/Yinlin/Verina team when doing the tower, but will swap out Calcharo for my spectro Rover for the overworld as shes my main. :D
@@xAzur3x I think moonlit but running a fully offensive crit dmg double electro double atk is probs the best way because its a balance of everything. Some energy, supportive capabilities and also she will still output good damage
You can, but if you want her to her deal damage too (because she deals a LOT OF damage) you can use dps build to her, also because she with her weapon 61% Crit rate already if i remember correctly, so you easily can get up to 300% crit damage 9r above in Yinlin

Thundering is better numerically because it buffs electro and liberation damage, but tempest is better for comfort and ease of use bc it will buff electro and heavy damage which is useless for the most part
Mostly because thundering mephis' buff only happens on the last hit, which takes quite a long time to do since its like 6 hits. While Tempest mephis' buff will happent he moment the claw hits, which happens fairly quickly
