And I believe you don't have to believe anything for it to work, just to keep the intention of changing your life for 15 minutes is enough to make changes, I feel like. Also Idk if it would be appropriate but presence of your voice during sessions is more calming, to me at least.

Dear Sunna..i did experience today an assault "" in the shop im working..someone did breake something artesanal in ceramic...and said it was the wind...and of course it wasnt.
