@@abhiram-h9p Have you ever built a grass roots manufacturing firm within India? I have and I know the struggles. Our entrepreneurs have to be 10 times more competitive to make it compared to their counterparts in China and US. This entrepreneur is phenomenal. He took his casting expertise on a journey. Hats off to him! That said one of the biggest brakes on ambitious manufacturing in India is the Government of India. Greetings from Singapore NDTV an amazing insight into a company which is under the radar outiside and its Dynamic Chairman Udayant Malhoutra sharing a similar passion with aviaition aerospcace
Unlike most Indian businessmen who tend to be transactional and tricky, Mr Malhoutra has the right attitude and vision in addition to sound knowledge. It's easy to see why he has such important and impressive customers - he is believable and has an ethical business sense. His is the kind of company I would love to invest in. Unfortunately, it seems to be unlisted.
Super-impressed with the company as well as the CEO - his vision and articulation of that vision is world-class! Bravo! HAL needs to give them Tejas Mk1A & Prachand, Dhruv orders and start a new assembly line.
This was amazing Neeraj, please do more of these from shop floors. Gives retail shareholders a better perspective and fills the gap with institutional investors who are able to do these visits. Pls do a bit more of walk around to show the facility. Thank you
Excellent presentation of Dynatic. Mr Malhotra is so grounded amd that is what you need to fucus on sub-assemblies for the Aviation industry, The acceptance and approval of Dynamitcs comes from the equipment manufacturer. This is a refreshing focus on real expertise development instead of flashy assembly line production
Dynamatic Technologies is an Indian precision engineering company, based in Bangalore. The company is a global supplier of parts to aerospace, automotive, hydraulic and security assemblers. Udayant Malhoutra is the CEO & Managing Director of the company.[
Mr. Shah has achieved what most of us will ever achieve in our lifetimes. But giving war as a business sales propellant should never be anyone's desired business goal.
So basically, kits are imported into India, and these guys assemble them? I know a lot less trivial than it sounds but would be great to know if those parts are all sourced from Indian manufacturers or imported. Good start either ways
Turbocam in Goa manufacturers jet engine parts...for Europe, also made the landing structure of Indias moon lander Chandrayaan 3 They use Haas (same as the f1 team)cnc machines for machining the parts they make.
I could see the future Indian Boeing!. An amezing Dynamatics in play. We wish you all sucees & flying colours in your endeavours and hopefully would like to be a tiny part in the success story. Hats off!!🎉❤
Does Dynamatics have an in house-Skill Development Centre? Where do they get skilled workforce for their company. I'm not too sure our diploma or Engineering degree holders or their institutions have such advanced teaching Programs.
India need many more such industries to become an hub for manufacturing! With 1.5 billion people we are among few countries whose economy can even sustain on domestic consumption so we need to work harder to make sure we bring in more such industries and also build some local products be prepared for future ✌️ because for west it’s China today tomorrow it can easily become india as a rival
It seems the factory still does all the production in jigs, manually. The industry has travelled a far lot elsewhere in method of production. Automated, robots with AI is employed today for errorfree, accurate and mass production. Here comes the competency in delivery, price and quality matters. Many indian companies fail to meet. Indian industries shall adapt new manufacturing technologies and adapt change.
Well I think they have many advance machinery because in video at 5:30 centre of both of them you can see a huge CNC 7 axis DMG machine..... And also they are on shoft floor soo I think definitely Owen a separate machine shope.
Guys, just sit and talk. You don't need to constantly move and create an unnecessary distraction in an otherwise important discussion. Just sit somewhere and get the information out to public.

India requires entrepreneurs like Udayant Malhotra. Jai Hind. Let's build our own aircraft in the near future.
Going by the video itself there facility on par with all aviation facilities in the west.
I heard that since Boeing started outsourcing to India they had innumerable accidents and mass accidents...
They make the fuselage of Tejas, can you do an article on that.
Another on Force motors who supply engines to Rolls Royce, BMW, MERCEDES
Dynamatic Tech has built the front fuselage of Tejas FOC Aircraft also. Don't know why that was not the part of this discussion.
India should promote and support these kind of businesses in expansion. Companies like these are the real backbone of our economy.
