Can You Play Body Bag Or Gasoline Full Please Much Appreciate It❤
Hi
Gasoline!!@@HarrisonWood-cc7yl
11:35 Could you please tell Steve to watch his hearing and never do that again… hearing loss, damage, tinnitus and hyperacusis are still such a taboo amongst musicians. As a result many face very difficult problems later in life (or not so late in life… 😞).
Can’t wait to see you guys at Ink this year!
Don't ever stop the POVs, please. They're amazing.
I can't stop smiling watching this.

taking a shoey out of a prosthetic leg is one of those stories you will tell for years to come. Fucking amazing
Haha I feel you on that
Wild
So glad I seen this live, it was a hot and humid day in brissy, so that leg was definitely filled with a lot of sweat.
ive done it.. it was legendary for everyone.. what a memory
legendary
you’re one of my biggest hero’s, i recently played a concert and learning from you has been one of my best decisions. So happy for your success, keep rocking man!
What's the main tips?
Well done mate!
Playing between Limp Bizkit and BFMV IN I Prevail.. Youre living the absolute dream man 😭
what is the song they start of with at around 13:30?
@@northgambitbow down, says it on screen
I have been a drummer for 40 years and I got to say your dynamics are amazing and the up close and personal drum playing is great . I love the sound. Awesome job bro.
Love these POVs, really fun to see what happens back stage. Can't wait to see you live at Slamdunk!
The excitement I get for you as you get on the festival stage and the crowd cheers is insane. Congratulations on being out there doing what you love 👏
I love watching the amazing job you do in an amazing band, having the chest cam is a brilliant idea it makes us the viewers really feel like we are there! LOVE THIS SO MUCH!
Great to see the behind-the-scenes for this! I was at the Sydney Good Things show - my first time seeing I Prevail. You guys were so good! One of the highlights of my day for sure.
Gabe, you have no idea how we appreciate these kind of videos! It's so good to see the whole band and the behind-the-scenes stuff. Brian, Eric, Dylan, Steve and you!
There is so much inspiration for me in this video.
I love these POV videos showing a day in the life of a rock band's concert!!!! Had my eyes glued to the screen the whole time! The genuine commentary was the cherry on top! Please do more!!!
That was intense! Great work on the video. Thanks for letting us see the concert POV. I could watch a whole concert like that. It's very cool.
Good Things Brisbane was my second time seeing you guys live and it was once again one of the best moments I think I've ever had. It's always a real treat to see you guys live and it's so good to see the behind the scenes and POV shots of the show!
9:45 a body bag POV would be sick, especially in a live setting
I absolutely love the POV, especially with the antics before the show and not just the show itself. Keep 'em going! 🤘
I was front row at this show in Brisbane! Absolutely killed it at both the sideshow and the festival, and Eric drinking from the leg was the cherry on top to a perfect day! I saw you wearing the Gopro and my dreams came true when I knew I was gonna be in a Drum Beats Online vlog. Love from Aus!!!
Gabe, I could watch these kind of videos FOREVER 🙏
What a great show to end a tour, and a shoey out of a prosthetic leg is really a story for your grandchildren! 👍
Thx for these videos, I really appreciate it and best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪, Philipp 👋
I’ve been following you on here since before you joined I Prevail. I remember when you announced it I was so excited because I Prevail was recently added to my daily playlist. All of this to say I really enjoy your content and these Tour Vlogs are amazing. Keep rocking!!!
Wow, thanks for sticking around for so long!
WE NEED MORE OF THESE POV VIDEOS!!! This is like fuel for me to practice the Double Kick Mastery Class on DBO even more! Thanks @DrumBeatsOnline!
Thanks guys, for the show and for those multiple POV! I've enjoy every second of your epic drum practice. Long life to your Band and 🤘🤘
As an aussie AND a drummer, im so sad i missed out on this. You are an absolute LEGEND mate! Keep it up!!
My man, you are so chill and humble. I’m a new fan and it’s nice to meet you. Been trying to learn drums and this was an epic video!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Did we watch the same video? Humble is not what went down here.
I was blown away by this. Your POV videos are just so fun to watch, and we all appreciate the skill you have, plus the time you make for us!! Oh, and the blisters! I remember them all to well, playing outdoor venues in the hot Southern US sun during the summers! All the best, heal that nasty blister, and we all look forward to your next video, be it a lesson, discussion or future POV!! 👽
Randomly found your channel & absolutely loved the video! The behind-the-scenes look of the festival, what it's like before you went on stage, & the view of you playing in front of that crowd was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the commentary and fun stuff in between. Great video, which makes me want to check out your other videos & also your music! Take care & God bless!
Gabe that made my day!!!! I love those POV's!!! You're such a Diva with those bandaids 😂 jk, this was amazing and you deserve all of it! You're an incredible drummer, teacher and human being and I can't think of a better place to learn drum than the DBO Family!!!! Thank you Brother! 🙌 Stay True 🔥🥁🔥
Appreciate you so much soleymoon!!
videos are so clean everytime! i love these so much!
So happy you're digging them!

You're an inspiration, my dude. Thank you for posting things like this that give some insight into what it's like to do some high-level touring. Hoping and praying that one day I'll be able to do something similar.
I began binge watching your vids, Matt Horn’s drum tech POV’s, Tank The Tech…. Things all to keep me inspired because last year I move to Spain and had to start from square 1 with music, networking, etc.
Now, miraculously, I am in the ONE band I really enjoyed in my new city and we have some small festivals lined up this year, but now this video keeps replaying in my head to know how far we can go as long as we work our asses off. I love seeing this content, man. Please keep it up and hopefully I could meet you in person some day, somewhere!
19:50 talking about making mistakes on stage. I played in a few small bands as a bassist and keyboard player. The first time I ever played a show it was to like 15 people and my first mistake, by trying to go into a bridge or chorus too soon I dont remember its been 20 years, I just naturally was able to laugh it off, wait a beat and then come back in. I kept that same routine for a while then I tried to not even acknowledge when I messed up by keeping a straight face and that is much harder it felt weird. But I would always watch the crowd and no matter how big or small when you mess up like half the audience knows you messed up and looks at you with that confused smirk and trying to act like it didn't happen made them just stare so I went back to laughing it off every time.
But I will never forget my 8th show. We were opening for A Day to Remember (before they took off) in this tiny venue in tulsa called the pink eye and the lead singer was standing front and center. As soon as I messed up he locked eyes with me and looked pissed but was still nodding his head to the music with his arms crossed. It was the most awkward I have ever felt on stage like a deer in headlights lol.
Sorry for the essay lol.
If you watch the Rush Show of Hands, you’ll even see Neil Peart screw up Spirit of Radio… and Alex Lifeson is laughing at him real time… even the virtuosos flub every once in a while. Amazing recovery… if you didnt know the song you would have never noticed it.
Good luck mate

Same I Love I Prevail And Drumming Now
It's truly my pleasure!
Same 👍👍👍👍👍
Man that show was killer! Thanks for bringing us along with ya! As a life long drummer, I appreciate this so so very much!!! Health issues took away my ability to perform, but I still write a bunch of music, just digitally. Either way, I am still chasing my dreams! Mad props bro!
I hadn't heard your music before these vids, love finding great bands and appreciate seeing behind the scenes and your pre gig ritual 😍
I will practice the drums for 1 hour of each like this'll get
Such a nice and "good vibing" video. Thanks a lot. So good to read someone telling he's living what he dreamed of for so long. Keep it up. Cheers from France.
As soon as you mentioned loving a good tom build, I was immediately thinking of worship music. Love being a metal drummer and a worship drummer as I like mixing the two without people expecting it sometimes.
I will do a push up for how many likes this comment gets ( edit : yall thought i was begging but i was testing so I’m testing )
Ok now I'm grinding
Done
For now
one more lets go
amazing man the same minute you said you were “grinding” you were done
i will do my ex girlfriend for how many likes this commment gets
Ok then… but why
Welp, get to work💀
You literally copied what dude said ^ and reworded it 😂💀😭
I love the content and these POVs! It would be so cool to see a POV full-set playthrough! Keep up the great work!
It's so fun to see these Videos in POV, feels like I'm there and also makes me quiet nervous, like I would play these shows myself 😬
Ive played music pretty hardcore in the 90s, and to have a huge crowd respond like this to your music is one of the best feelings, it never gets old
That was so cool to watch. Seeing you're thoughts during the preparations and stuff was amazing. Thank you for sharing :)
That just looks awesome! I'm not a spotlight fan but seeing the POV of some one who's in it is something different and kinda cool!
Another way I see it is the fans get to see what you guys do before and after the gig which lifts the veil off of a pro musicians life on the road.
It's just cool to see and different!
You are such a genuinely kind young man. I've been a metal head since 1971. I've heard of you guys but hadn't given you guys much thought. Sorry. Your attitude and personality kept me here and now, I'm about to get very familiar with your music. Thank You.
You rock Gabe!!! I was practicing the David’s Harp song on DBO and took a break to watch this. Wow I’ve got such a long way to go. Thanks
I got to help setup your show in my town in arkansas when you guys came to perform, its my first year doing stagehand work and it was wild. i also got my tickets to see the show and 100% rocked out hard, your drumming is insane and seeing a pov shot of the show is neat. hopefully i get to see you guys again in the future, for sure one of my all time fav bands thanks for showing this neat perspective that most people never see.
That was great bro, thanks for shooting footage so I can vicariously experience. Nice fills, breakdowns, GT was fun man summertime in Oz 🤘🙏🤘
I randomly saw this song in my recommended, I was new to drumming and I was looking at previous tutorials so it made sense, I clicked it, and oh my god I have a new favorite band, I am going to see you guys live whenever you come to Brisbane, and you are INCREDIBLE at the drums, I aspire to play like you one day honestly.
that's awesome Gabe, I'm almost 50 and dreamed about is all my life. At least I got a part of this 😄 welcome back home !
I was at this show in Brisbane and you guys were epic! I hadn’t heard any I Prevail songs prior to the festival but you guys are now headlining my Spotify playlist 🤟🏼
Love watching another drummers pov. Keep up this good content dude 🤘🏼. Hopefully one day my band’ll be able to open up for you guys 🤘🏼.
absolutely love the videos gabe, keep it up! love the content and the band!
loving these pov videos! sparks my dream to drum full time again!
It so sereal seeing this. your living my dream. Everytime I see these videos it brings me back to when I was in a band playing shows. The biggest show I played was at the Orbit Room in Grand Rapids Michigan. I would litteraly give anything to go back and keep grinding till I was in your shoes. Thank you for putting out these videos! Big fan btw.
hell yeah man, yall are really good!
gonna have to listen to yalls songs from now on!
thx for the pov!
I like your drumming. It´s fresh and not that overloaded. Keep on rockin
I absolutely love these drum pov videos! Keep them coming!
Saw you guys with my mom last year before she passed from cancer! it was such an awesome show and the memories we made that night are ones I'll cherish forever \m/
16:36 I love this part. Awesome video man. Its great to see other people really digging that life and reaching those goals that they set out there for themselves. Keep rocking! I love the "church" toms too. ;)
You are the main reason I started drumming, your POVs inspired me so much. Once i saw body bag, it was crazy and looked up to it. And now I am starting a band of my own :) Thank you.
These are legit the best and you seem like such a dope genuine human. Keep rocking and thanks.
This was so awesome and a bonus being I love I Prevail!!!!! thank you. Drummer, Musician, Fan or just Bob from down the road this is cool for everyone.
This is possibly the best on-stage drum sound ive heard in a long while. More videos like this please.
u guys nailed it !! we need more pov like this, reminds me to old days when i was on stage with old friends.
I just got into I Prevail and to find this online is amazing! I hope you post tons more of these! Cheers from CA!
Thanks for sharing man! Love this! Can't wait to see you and the band again in May🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
What's the name of the band and the drummer
@@sussybaka5788 band is I Prevail, drummer is Gabe Helguera 🤘🏻
I love the fact that at the lull in playing at 16:00 you can visibly see how hard your heart is pounding, and see your hands shaking. The adrenaline and nerves of performing like this must be absolutely insane.
thanks to this channel i found your band so thank you for sharing this vids and i always rock at the gym nothing gets the hart pumping quite the same 🙂
i got so f*ing hyped. this was really cool experince. nothing like i've seen before! I dont even know what "I prevail" was but ill sure look it up after this.
This is a rad vid. Thanks for the perspective!
Absolutely amazing I’m so happy that you do this it makes my entire day and now I’m a brand new fan so thank you again with love from Canada 🇨🇦
New subscriber for sure. That was a kick ass POV of the set. Love your drumming and the little bits of comedy and sound effects (like the stick twirling sounds) you add. Awesome video.
Soooo fantastic! Well done my dear. You are a real artist! Good luck with you!
as a Michigan resident born and raised its so cool to see same one from here make it big keep your dreams alive!!
I really enjoy your POV footage. Keep rockin!
Just want to say that these POV videos are amazing, I got into I Prevail by watching them. Loving the music! You guys have a new fan
this is such a dope experience to watch, good job guys!
Hey Man! I'm Jeff from hailing from Portland Oregon. Thank you for the perspective clips man! I'm also a musician (guitars) but lately, for like the last year I've really been interested in drums. Keying in on drums instead of guitar on all the music I listen to TOTALLY changes my perspective on all my favorite jams. Anyway, this was a cool perspective from the stage point of view and it brought back the same butterflies I get every time I play live. 😝 Keep on rocking and I'll keep following bro
Love the videos from your performances from that POV. It just hits different.
This was Everything! Thank you for sharing this POV! \m/
I don’t even play the drums but love your content. Big fan of your band too. Pretty cool to randomly find one of your videos and now I’m hooked.
That Brisbane humidity is a killer. Especially mid December. Glad to see some festivals still getting big crowds, the Good Things Lineup was a cracker.
Impressive snapshot man, it was just fun watching this video, keep on going bro :)
Wow.... pretty rad video! Love seeing the behind the scenes stuff. Plus you guys freaking ROCK
Love these videos man! Keep doing what your doing, you are VERY talented.
Loving this content! In ear mix sounds absolutely insane.
this really captures the excitement and anticipation of waiting to head out on stage before a big crowd. really cool vid :D
These videos remind me of the old Danny Duncan (from We the Kings) tour vlogs from ages ago. Please keep uploading more of these, love them!
I can relate to so much of this. I never toured because it takes a special type of person to enjoy doing it and I’m not that person.
You’re a good looking young guy with a lot of talent and with a talented band of good guys, ride the wave brother and enjoy every second of it.
Bro I was at the Melbourne Good Things Festival and saw I Prevail then. I have been a fan for a while, but it was the first time I had seen I Prevail live. Loved the show, and loved the mosh pits! Can’t wait to see I Prevail again at the Melbourne Parkway Drive Concert!
Thanks for sharing that will all of us commoners who never got to that point! Great job!
This entire video is just pure gold. Keep them coming.....
As someone who only ever dabbled in drums for like half a year until I broke my wrist skateboarding, and then just never picked it back up, this video is super inspirational. I might look into starting lessons again. Also never heard of I Prevail, but I'm definitely going to add some songs to my playlist. Great video man!
Absolutely love your VLOGs on tour man! Hope to open for you someday
I LOVE THESE VIDS! Getting to see how it really is from this view is epic! Thank you.
I picked up my first set of sticks at the age of 5 yrs. old and got behind the set and started banging away! it's been in my blood ever since and will continue to be till the day I die. I would rock myself to sleep as a young boy listening to hard rock hits in the early 80's while fantasizing about this exact moment. Thanx guys for the sound and visual!! What an awesome experience it must be. Got it cranked up.
I know that it's a hard job, and you get super tired, but bro.. what a dream!!! Live off music, playing drums, that's super awesome!!! I missed my days playing concerts. Keep pushing, I hope to see you live someday.
Thanks for sharing the experience. I greatly appreciate it.
While I’m not the biggest fan of this genre of music, or a drummer, it’s so cool to see what it’s like on the other side of concerts! Keep on making music, it’s what makes the world go round!
That show was just insane!🔥As always, IPrevail rocks! Can't wait to watch more such amazing videos!❤
