The reason your energy go back low when you break your celibacy is because when you have sex with someone all of there energy transfer to you, vice verse. That’s why the saying “wait until you get married to have sex” is in place because y’all souls literally become one. No matter who it is, a sneaky link, boyfriend,one night stand. And do stuff for lil kids too on your cosmetics no one did that yet lil glosses and chapstick for the kids!! And I get that in my hair too especially in the winter use inkey at sephora it's a scalp wash. It works!! Also tea tree oil the night before you wash your hair. And get a scalp brush.
