Hello there! First off, thank you for the informative video. I've found myself in a situation strikingly similar to this and have some questions regarding it. Back in 2013, I secured a tourist visa and ventured to the U.S. Upon my return, my sister, a U.S. citizen, initiated my family-based immigration process. As my immigration journey progressed (currently at NVC), I made another trip to the U.S. in 2018 before my visa expired. Luckily, in 2019, I obtained a new visitor visa and embarked on two more trips. Then, I tied the knot with a U.S. citizen who successfully petitioned for my family-based immigration (recently approved), leading to three more visits on my visitor visa. Summing it up, I've had the pleasure of visiting the U.S. six times over the past decade without ever overstaying, I’ve also never been denied a U.S. visa or never been denied at the port of entry. With my visa set to expire in about a month, I'm eager to renew it via the interview waiver process in Pakistan. Currently pursuing my studies, I anticipate graduating in 2025 as a medical doctor. What do you reckon are my odds of securing the visa? Additionally, for my last two visas, I listed my sister as my contact in the U.S. and that I’ll be staying with her on the DS-160 form. This time around, should I update it to reflect my husband? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

If you come on a B1/B2 visa and you find work at a store...you still have to give social security number to work. If immigration is called and they take that person away...will they be charged for fraud for using someone else's social number? What will happen to the person if they are caught?

I'm in a turist visa but I have someone who wants to hire me and give me a job. I asked for some extensions and I did the finger printer last month, so I am in this process in the Immigration. But I know that for someone hires you take so long, it's more than 1 year and I can't stay ilegal even for a day cause I won't be able to be hired if I be ilegal here. It's a marriage based visa, you have to file I-130 form it cost lots of money and takes about 2 years
