I’ve never tried wet felting because it looked like such a faff. So many people use ‘special’ soap, bubble wrap and a bamboo rolling mat.
Your video is amazing and I feel inspired to try. I’d love to make a hollow pumpkin for one of my needle felted mice to sit in.
How would I manage to get the segment formation of a pumpkin?

Great tutorial! My only trouble was, when I was adding the second layer, it kept getting too saturated at the bottom and sliding off ( think of a scalp peeling off a skull). Was it too wet and how can I avoid this on my next one?
BTW I found rolling my pod on bubble wrap a great step after rubbing!
