I don't know why even at this point anyone would be expectant of any big-wheeled EUC to be easy to transport up or down stairs. We have to accept that for a long time now the convenience diminishes as wheels only get bigger
Well as much as I whine about it, compare to just about anything else with similar performance like an escooter or ebike this is still easier by a mile!!
@@OWGAC nah bro. I'll make it clear that I'm not addressing your statements per se. It's the entire community. We need to practical expectations. I was expecting your response just so I can clarify this. It's not personal. So it's not about you whining 😊. Its a bigger wheel so some features cant be fixed. Good example is the kill switch..its too giant a wheel to even lift. But a good argument for upgrading the shell is the very same reason that it's a giant wheel. The latter is practical. I wonder how much better EUCs will get significantly.

Looks like a wild animal loose on the streets of NYC and you're along for the ride Hsiang... maybe a wheel for a very large man? ... what's next .. a 40 inch wheel with a seat on top? ... oh wait, a true unicycle .. lol ... I sure hope the EUC manufacturers don't follow this larger size wheel is better model ... geez if that got away from you in a 45mph crash that could wipe out a few people. I can't see it being a popular concept in the long run as you're starting to see the non-port-ability factor emerge. Will need to start buying pickup trucks just to transport EUC's out to trail country ... Nuts!
I do have to say that all things being relative and that as heavy as the Monster pro is, compare to even things like a 150cc moped, which goes about the same speed 90lbs is nothing. My 500cc mp3 scooter weight in at 500lbs and there are many motorcycle that weight even more. I think it just means that these type of wheel would be used very differently than let say a 40lb 16" wheel.
@@OWGAC Yeah I just watched ZoomWheelsBrian in the UK hit 53.4mph on it ... long range cruiser for sure ... Great channel!
Speedyfeet tested this wheel & said it’s so bad that he wouldn’t even stock it 🇬🇧. It doesn’t accelerate or brake properly or safely. Also a volt meter is pointless when it should be a battery meter. The range is around 60 miles not 100 miles. Definitely don’t buy this!
you can brake and accelerate on it, but it takes a LOT of effort and body lean and you NEED pads. the power is there, but its just very VERY hard to get to it. you can prob see how much more I am leaning on this wheel as compared to how he's riding it.

One question Other than the poor accelerating and poor breaking performance, is riding the new monster pro that much worst than riding the previous monster version 3? I'm asking you because you are the only reviewer I've seen that truly likes the Monster type of unicycle. In my opinion your opinion is more reliable.
It's monster magnified with greater weight but more power. It's capable of great accelleration and decent braking but you have to work hard to get to it.
Seems like a complete letdown when comparing it to a Sherman dollar for dollar. I like my MSP but I ride my Sherman more. Plus the whole spontaneous combustion thing. Great video and review.
Wrongway posted a video about two Gotway wheels catching on fire and burning up recently. ua-cam.com/video/Oa79go_aUfc/v-deo.html Gotway seem to really have serious design and safety issues. Looking at the layout of the battery and mother board compartment, it really does look like DIY homemade in a garage. $4k might not be the price when it catches on fire and burns down your house or car. Great vid, look forward to the next ones, thanks.
@@THELASTWARR1OR come on now, 4 grand we're looking at motorcycle prices. If they're going to charge this much, we're going to need premium materials. Especially when the product reaches motorcycle speeds.
That's the free-spin speed. So basically, under theoretical perfect conditions with no resistance. It's like absolute zero, it exists theoretically but it can't happen.

This especially annoys me considering the care and attention the other EUC companies are putting into their product, Gotway who sells the most expensive wheel for some reason seems to pay the least amount of attention.

TRUST ME....
what do you know?? best start talking!! LOL
Hslang, why not have interviews with the Gotway manufacturer to help them make the perfect wheel?
They won't go on
I have asked before and they werent really interested in talking to me
Nice backpack 17:10...😀
LOL i don't have a car so this is how I must get around!
Hsiang,, need you help. do you know, can you fined out or know who you or I can talk to about any changes or upgrades to the Mp24 since your last review. Thanks for your Time! and hope to meet you or talk in person.. Much respect Turnaround.
$4000 should come with a 4 yr full warranty. My $3500 S10 truck lasted 15yrs & 150000 miles
hard to beat the value of a reliable used truck, buuuut there's gas and maintenance and ev usually requires a lot less of either.
UGH just take my money already!
LOL
2/5 value wheels just don't make my list.
Duf!!! after looking at everyone else's review, I think I am the most generous one!!
I got my wheel and I was wondering how I join a NYC group ride ?
Get on the telegram NYC euc collective chat!!
I wonder how much better EUCs will get significantly.
you were NOT carrying the monster pro (in a box )on your back, at the end,did you? :-D
LOL no way, I am not that strong!! it was just the box =)
I've heard the braking is pretty shocking as well, which is pretty alarming on something so fast 😞
You hear that?........ Oh nm..... it's my bowl of Rice Crispy's.
Confused by this?? What r u trying to say?
@@OWGAC being sarcastic due to the motherboard close to the batteries.
Thanx 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻 Now if they just made it affordable 😅
inertial forces are hard to tame
Yes its a bit of a workout, but I actually really enjoyed it. Its difficult to describe but the wheel pushes back and that makes it fun.
I can't imagine one of these being street legal in upstate New York. Try going 50 mph with one of these on any road here in broad daylight and you WILL be ticketed lol.
I rode around lake george when I first got my monster, I don’t really think anyone cares..
lol bro ik i m22 years late but have oyu notseen all the earleir videos ALL IN NYC of unicide squad, kamkaze joe, TheGranduerLife, etc etc etc etc riding the shit out of their MS' and nikolas back in 2019/2020
Looks like a wild animal loose on the streets of NYC and you're along for the ride Hsiang... maybe a wheel for a very large man? ... what's next .. a 40 inch wheel with a seat on top? ... oh wait, a true unicycle ..
I can't image these wheels getting past 24" to maintain ease of transporting ... with all of the quality issues, one would think these cats would focus on fixing internal layout for safety and water ingress etc ... point taken. Great channel!
Nice Hsiang. eWheels hates you though :-)
I blame it all on David!! LOL
I like the Sherman better.
Monster really is a very specialized wheel, not for everyone certainly. But God I wish veteran would make a 24" euc!!
Well, you see how I rode this wheel in my video, I wouldn't call it unridable, but it certainly takes a lot of work!!
You didn't mention braking. Speedyfeet's review was critical of the ability of a lighter rider's ability to accelerate and especially brake.
you can brake and accelerate on it, but it takes a LOT of effort and body lean and you NEED pads. the power is there, but its just very VERY hard to get to it.
you can prob see how much more I am leaning on this wheel as compared to how he's riding it.
Omg did i hear Hsiang curse???
LOL
You didn't hear shit, biatch...lol jk sorry
Are you carrying the monster at the end of the video???
LOL noway! it was just the box =D
im Still rolling on my Monster v1 Lmaoo
I am actually thinking of downgrading to the v2 just so I have higher top speed!
@@OWGAC should I get v2 or v3 instead of MPro? also I've been asking but what's that fanny pack or bag type thing that ahs the shiny silver clip that yo uawalys wear from your left shoulder? Thanks Hs, good to see you grow more too
Its made for sitting man,but you look good while standing :D
we never got a seat for it, the EX seat sorta fit but you really have to lean on this wheel so seated riding takes some work..
One question
Other than the poor accelerating and poor breaking performance, is riding the new monster pro that much worst than riding the previous monster version 3? I'm asking you because you are the only reviewer I've seen that truly likes the Monster type of unicycle. In my opinion your opinion is more reliable.
It's monster magnified with greater weight but more power. It's capable of great accelleration and decent braking but you have to work hard to get to it.
Seems like a complete letdown when comparing it to a Sherman dollar for dollar. I like my MSP but I ride my Sherman more.
Plus the whole spontaneous combustion thing.
Great video and review.
thanks! yes unfortunately since it could have been sooo much more...
Wrongway posted a video about two Gotway wheels catching on fire and burning up recently.
ua-cam.com/video/Oa79go_aUfc/v-deo.html
Gotway seem to really have serious design and safety issues.
Looking at the layout of the battery and mother board compartment, it really does look like DIY homemade in a garage.
$4k might not be the price when it catches on fire and burns down your house or car.
Great vid, look forward to the next ones, thanks.
I have been thinking about this more in light of what Adam had talked about, will dig into it deeper in my next video!!
Why oh why can't they chill on the plastic?
Plastic is cheaper
@@THELASTWARR1OR come on now, 4 grand we're looking at motorcycle prices. If they're going to charge this much, we're going to need premium materials. Especially when the product reaches motorcycle speeds.
@@delbomb3131 welcome to china
@@THELASTWARR1OR is the sherman not made in China?
Yup, for that much at least give us a steel frame like the Sherman, come on!!
65mph? 😈
I wish!
@@OWGAC That's what it showed on the video? were you Going Downhill or something? 😂😭
That's the free-spin speed. So basically, under theoretical perfect conditions with no resistance. It's like absolute zero, it exists theoretically but it can't happen.
Zoomwheels Brian hit 53.4mph on it.
@@GiffysChannel Ahh i already understand this Theory you just pick up and wheels spins to maximum RPM 😈
Have to say if you’re into acg get onto my friend acg Mack on ig he’s New York based and runs the acg community man!! Tell him kingkoi sent you!! Haha love this stuff man great to see some acg in use as all conditions means all conditions regardless of if flying around on one wheel haha
hahaha,good boy,good job
Wheels like this make me glad I lift weights - but even then, 90 pounds is a lot for one hand. Gotway needs to take a cue from its Veteran exiles and think about practical redesign.
YES! Not just going with the same old design again and again!
I thought the covers are carbon fibre ... not that it makes it lighter or anything
nope, just plastic with fake carbon fibre patterns..
@@OWGAC I thought fake carbon fibre is a more GM/Ford/Dodge muscle car thing lol
Yet an other business not listenning to the community :'( at least they try!
I am curious to see how they'll do given the universally bad review they got on this
Am here 😁.. second 😆
Dedication I love it!
Its Tishawn!!!
@@TishawnFahie thank you EUC god 🙏🏼😁
TGIF!
=D
bulbous and blobby, yeah that is exactly what looks like to me too. The EX is even worse.
This especially annoys me considering the care and attention the other EUC companies are putting into their product, Gotway who sells the most expensive wheel for some reason seems to pay the least amount of attention.
