I snuck a song I'm working on into the end of the video! Check it out! 13:38
I love that nail polish idea, i use that as well when im done sewing and don't want it to fall apart
Such a great, easy solution right?!? My patches are still holding strong to this day!
I would use fabric scissors to cut neater lines…I have made a few of these types of jackets. I typically use ultrabond, then hand-stitch along edge
That is Cool Beans! I plan to do the same thing with a black Levi jacket and a recently ordered, The Poughkeepsie Tapes, t-shirt! I like the cloth backing step too.
Thanks! Sounds Great! If you need any help or have any questions, feel free to ask. I’d love to see how it comes out!
Cut your patch oversized then iron on a smaller piece of the heat and bond, then cut patch to size. You won’t screw up your ironing board then. You also need a pair of sharp fabric scissors.
Thanks!! Really appreciate the tip! My ironing board definitely took a slight beating after making this. Any more tips, please share!
Where's the link to the heat bond product you used?
