我用150度烘,结果蛋糕开裂,不像老师的蛋糕表面平美,是不是要减少140度呢?或是蛋白出问题打过点了呢?我也打湿性发泡。請老师指点谢谢❤

下午好!万二分致谢老师您的回复,我太开心了,不必再伤脑筋了。🙏😊😘由于等不到老师您的回复,我只好跟着老师的食谱做,因为害怕甜,我把糖减了10克,又多加了抺茶粉,出来的蛋糕是苦多过甜😂😂,所以这一次我要乖乖跟老师您了,绝不再乱改食谱了。
