Beautiful! I needed this and appreciate it. I have been sick with overlapping biotoxin illnesses for 21 years, my son is in jail from “Lyme rage”, and I’m probably the only one who understands it because I have a severe form now. I broke my arm a year ago and it’s not healing because of restricted blood flow and can’t imagine what he’s going through. I’m overwhelmed with my life and appreciate your comment. 🙏💕🌎

Sometimes figuring out the HOW gives me a headache, because I don't know how to get here to there when he feel so stuck with my habits thinking and feeling.
Matt, it was divine timing that brought you into my life and allowed me to love and be loved wholly by my beloved, who passed away two weeks ago today. I don't know the "how" of anything right now, but I just keep coming back to you and the healing I receive in each spoken word, each pause, each breath. My body aches with grief-this is a new feeling for me-and intention, awareness, and focus during this time seems impossible. So I just come here and STAY. The power of HOW...a divine message for this grief-sick body. My soul arrives openly..thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I just wanted you to KNOW that I’ve experienced exactly what you are feeling and what’s moving through your entire being right now… Take your time with this…feel it…all of the brokenness and let it process on its own… I cried everyday, uncontrollably for 9 months and I just decided to not try to feel better in a certain time frame….I surrendered to the pain and I let it break me open and pour into the very essence of my heart-space… I BECAME my heart and no longer felt my body…and I surrendered my broken heart to God….and I asked him to fix me in His divine timing….and it has made all the difference inside me now… For now, just feel and squeeze every last drop out of you…Let it wash over you and take you in into it’s density…. It gets better, slowly and gradually….but, it is something that strangely makes you stronger, when you are ready to be. Don’t try to control it…Let it do its thing and it will lead you to a healing that you can’t imagine right now… But, healing will come to you, when you least expect it…Just let it behave how it needs to….and it will give you peace, once again… Surrender yourself to the construct of time and let it call the shots… I wish you ultimate healing, strength and fortitude to get through this when you get through this… You are in my prayers… I felt your words and pain as if it were my own… And I HAD TO reach out to you and let you know that I am sharing your grief with you… Much Love, Light, Strength and Peace be unto You in this difficult time… You will never forget this…but, you will get through this. 💞✨🙏😌🕊️🫂

I just realized how serious the divide and conquer process is in society using duality to split the people that ordinarily would be working together if the world was balanced. This is a major blindside for me because I feel like it is so complex and layered that the uprooting of this disease will require so much discipline, organization, patience. who knows what else. I have been aware of it and have talked about for some months but I finally asked myself, "how will you negate this powerful adversary?" And the answer hasnt even begun to unfold. Segway into, I think Matt's approach is one way to overcome divide and conquer and the splitting of people into good guys and bad guys
There is nothing to do and nothing that should have been done. These How questions opened a trap door inside of me, the door my ego erected as “how to” and why. When I asked How, my trap doors opened and on the other side the universe flooded me with the feeling I asked of it; the universe simply said yes. How love? Love. Love is as self evident and ever present as air; breathe in the love. How bliss. Here, bliss. Feel this bliss as it radiates up your spine. I understand now why the How questions were related to mother Mary in this video. They’re like praying to your mother, and receiving the feelings of peace and love that you seek, right now, in this moment. (No need for past or future too!) What is the best how? My best answer is “how may I consume in the most upward way?” I struggle with gluttony almost 24/7 “How may I surrender to higher guidance?” I also tend to hyperfixate and psychoanalyze constantly “How may I trust my self and find the harmony of the what and why?”
