just another tip for the Marine style, military bun - before you put the ponytail elastic on the bun, put the gel all over the bun to lock it in place instead of the hairspray, then continue to brush it out adding gel, then stretch the elastic onto the bun. in this case you won’t need as hair spray, and it will help your hair to be healthier in the long run. if any of y’all are planning on going to Marine bootcamp you won’t have any hair spray, and practicing with the gel will help you out a lot!!

makeup can be worn in uniform. but not too dark. hers is in regulation and so are their nails.
youre allowed to have french tips or clear nail polish. not extremely long and no colors. hers are completely fine.
