In India one can build 4-5 house of similar type in 40 crores (the offer price of this building) in any tier 1 city except Mumbai or one can make a whole apartment tower building of multiple floors for better land use. The house is super fancy and lacks interaction spaces for family. The outdoor landscape in conjunction to indoor areas is not found in this building premises which is definitely a big no keeping in mind cultural living of a typical family in Pakistan and India. Looks like extravaganza for lavish lifestyle or in other words show off to make your relatives jealous 😅😅😅
