We print giant heat transfers. We can go 22" by however length you need. We recommend ordering the "cold peel" transfers if you are going to be doing a canopy.

What type of vinyl are you using and the temp and pressure? Mine didn't stick right.
We’re using dtf transfers. I don’t think vinyl will work

Can this be done on the side walls for pop up tents? What temp are you pressing at? Would sublimation work? Thx
Yes. 275 degrees should do it with our DTF transfers. Sublimation will not work since the material you are printing on is not polyester.

How well will this last outdoor with potential rain or moisture? Will the letters come off from rain or fade in the sun?
It holds up fine as long as you use a heat press. We've had canopies that have lasted a few seasons already.

A $165 Heat press from Amazon, $20 heat press pillows from Amazon and some heat transfers should do the trick.

Hey when pressing a big print like this, will it be an issue if an area i already pressed gets pressed again while pressing a new area
No it won't hurt it at all. Just make sure to not remove the carrier sheet until everything has been pressed

Greetings What did you use to make the letters also what are the size of them
We used photoshop with some basic fonts. We kept the sizing at 7"h x 96" tall. It was a 10x10" canopy.
