What's with the hideous old vcr video filter at the start? They're rating apps on design while using that filter.. Ironic.
They feel no 2 factor authentication for transferring funds is a good thing in a country like pakistan where back frauds are common.

Seems biasness in review. While adding payee and performing other transactions, OTP is must to meet security standards. Design is old and not user friendly, app lags in many operations.
