That will probably not be possible as it can get pretty crazy backstage. The models have to be changed, hair and makeup done and redone between each walk. Sometimes they even have nail polish changes in between. I'm sure they have a team assembled to handle getting all those models in the right outfit, made up, and walking on time. Plus the models need time to center and prepare for the show. I know when I see the videos of backstage at previous shows it's been crazy!

my mum is medical doctor, cardiologist and said that this fitness method is extremely dangerous (electric stimulation damage the nerves, muscle tissue and can cause many other health problems ) ... so stick to the old fashion way... it is not so fast, but it is safe ...love ur videos by the way!

Project Summer Body actually the problem with this method is that you muscles get used to this intensity, if you start against with the normal training you will lose many muscles 🙄 also I suppose because of this intensity it's dangerous 🙈
Electricity is used in physio-therapy, but in controlled environment and under supervision of physio-therapist and medical doctors. It is really unsafe, dangerous and damaging to do it in fitness centers.

Maria Rosaria Vignola lol I've been vegan for 4 years and my parents for 10 and we are all healthier than we have ever been. I also know some vegans who have been vegan there entire life. So don't tell me that bullshit lie.
You do not need meat for your protein. There are many great plant foods that are high in protein. There are even vegan athletes that have an olimpic medal, there are vegan boxers, footballers, etc. that train really hard and feel good. 😊 So don't worry that you have to miss protein if you want to go vegan. A vegan diet can be really healthy but ofcourse it can be really unhealthy. Depends on what you eat. 💗💗💗 x
