  • The versatile CUBE™ 360 is the ultimate portable charcoal barbeque, uniquely designed to create an effortless grilling, smoking, and roasting experience in any environment. Control heat with the top vent and monitor with the temperature gauge.
    Note: we recommend using 180-200g lump charcoal, as well as a sprinkle of smoking chips for smoking and low & slow cooking.
    Chef’s Tip: Never add smoking chips on charcoal that has visible flame as it will ignite, leaving no smoke.
    Chef’s Tip: Minimise the risk of burning and need for turning meat when roasting by using the ‘indirect cooking method’ of placing charcoal to one side of the firebox and meat on the other side of the grill.

    Is this coming to the USA? Also, I would also love to know what surface the CUBE 360 is on, that is separating it from the wooden table :)

    First off I would put the wood chips in first and get it nice and smokey before even put the food in.
