Here's an idea.
Zero acceleration mod, the only way to gain speed in any way would be boosts so you'd have to do a lot of stand still mini turbos

This is my favorite vehicle in the game. Happy to see it get some use.
Flounder fest idea, youre last you're out but with a twist! Instead of trying to not be last you try to have the minimum amount of points by the end of the game. If you get out you're disqualified. This would make you have to bag a bit but not too much since you can be at risk of getting out. You'd play a best of 3.
The Seakster and Dolphin Dasher are super underrated vehicles because people always go to the Spear and Magicruiser respectively.
Honestly the sneakster's drift isn't that bad if you use Peach
A grab bag of ideas for next season:
-Bloopers switch your drift to inside/outside.
-Mega TC's grow more powerful (last longer) the more they get stolen.
-Blue shells function like red shells (target the person directly in front of you)
-The track flips to mirror mode on the second lap.
-Any time you go offroad you have to stop and do a stand-still turbo.
-Fifth place is the desired finishing spot.
-You have to fall off every track at least once.
-Fake Item Boxes are real boxes (try to snipe them to yourself)

I’d love to see an entire season with top tier vehicles banned. No Flame Runners, no Mach Bikes, no Bullet Bikes. I think it’d be really entertaining
I kinda want to see item rain except with only bombs. This might crash the game but it might also be absolutely ridiculous.
I had a similar idea for a CTGP-R update: being able to select and deselect which items fall in item rain. For example, you can have item rain with mushrooms only or bullet bills only.

Nobody going to mention how those 2 bloopers were God-Tier? They covered 80% of the screen
The _GCN Dry Dry Desert_ custom track is programmed that way so *every* blooper will be overpowered.

I would love to see a short season with a fixed number of races, but the final score gives an advantage in a grand final. It could be something like each extra point is a second cut off from a time trial race, or having to use a weaker vehicle. That way all the pressure could be in one video :)
Season 4 lasted so quick.. nick will make the comeback in season 5
When I saw Wuhu Loop I thought, “oh yay Wii sports music!” But... nope😢😭
In my installation of CTGP-R, I actually replaced the Daisy Circuit music slot with the Wuhu theme from Wii Sports Resort, resulting in the correct music playing on Maka Wuhu (yes, the track you saw wasn’t Wuhu Loop).
Pretty cool flounder fest makes my day better
The Sneakster is much more usable with Peach since she has a drift bonus of 6. I'd recommend using Peach if you use the Sneakster in future episodes.

When the arguably fourth best bike in Mario kart wii is considered underrated, it really shows how op and unbalanced the flame runner and Mach bike are. Kinda funny tho.
Probably also the Bullet Bike as well. They’re all so much better.
FlounderFest challenge: disguise your mii names to a random players name, race and have everyone in the room guess who is troy and nick, winner is the player who is suspected the least

Concept for a future flounder fest: everyone uses the same or anonymous names and everyone picks daisy on the sneakster - neither nick nor troy know who the other is. Very sneaky!

Sneakster really is underrated. It's only useless as a WR vehicle (and yes I know it held a then unoptimized MG WR) because one of FR or spear always outclasses it. It can only beat FR on very very straight courses and then spear just wins easily. But it's a solid vehicle that doesn't get enough love.

like, you can just wheelie for a while before it happens and as long as you're doing it you'll dodge? it doesn't have to be a short window to do it?

FlounderFest idea: No hitting players with items. If you hit a player, you have to stop and do a standstill mini turbo. Possibly allow using items on each other though.

Wild Wing is hella underrated imo
@@glynrh8892 I’m not sure if the wild wing’s super minis would make it faster than the shooting star that can wheelie. I would put them in the same tier. I certainly wouldn’t have the shooting star below the quacker on 150cc. Other than that I agree with Troy’s tier list.
