Awesome project glad you stuck with it. It would be interesting to take it to a high school football stadium and put it on the top row of seats and see how much of the field it lights up.
From Canada, I discovered your channel a few weeks ago and have which 8 of your videos all are great nice work will continue to which and like you, in real life I to am a Nerd, we are brothers I have a home full of things life yourself, and have traveled to 35 country's
I was supposed to be outside by 0815 or so, working on my projects before it gets to hot...while drinking my coffee and petting the dogs...I started watching your channel...just can't stop! Great content!!!!!❤ Now it's 0907..."must put phone down and get projects done( in a William Shatner voice from Star Trek)... be back on my lunch break. 😅
Super cool project, I would love to do something like this. Really like how robust you made everything, should last a very long time with no issues, great job!
Congratulations on your portable flashlight, I was watching your video at night with our living room lights off. We have a 75" big screen TV and when you powered up you literally lit up our living room! I was like he's not only lighting up his garage, but he's also lighting up our living room! 😳 😎 👍 👏
Great Video! I'd love to see a sequel with like a massive laser pointer :D I'm sure it's harder than I think to make a giant laser pointer but now I just want to see that lol
You are so intelligent building these things that you could work at any tech company that you wanted. Plus Thomas Edison would have realized you are a genius!
On the 110v side of the circuit it will be only using 3amps max so no meed for that thick wire because 12v at 20 amps is 240watts and 240watts at 110v is 2.18 amps
Okay hold on. The bit in the first 15 seconds... "Hi. Im you!" *Confusedly points as self* "me..?". I cannot convey via text how hilarious i find this. Please take emoji in place of adequate description. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂☠️☠️☠️ (Genuinely though)
The total cost is a bit confusing since I had to go through so many different parts and pieces to get to the final build. I'm guessing but you could prolly get away with about 200-250 ish maby more maby less and that is if you don't build the external power supply part or add windows or the power meter and things like that. I'm kinda guessing to be honest. You could also add metal brackets for the corners to make it stronger if you wanted. Hope it helps - Cheers!
I would love a BIG FLASH LIGHT like that.i saw your warning ⚠️ do not try at home can you recommend one similar to this..thanks .p.s I’m not good with electronics
Hey, new viewer. I just came across you today. I used to love making things but my vision isn't the same. I love the forts you are making in the forest💙 Do you sell those flashlights that you showed in this video? I would love to buy one from you. Have a great night, going back to binge watching you. Just had to pause the video to commentl!!💙
this is too bright for my project, i need something like a light bulb ~ 60-80w, run on DC, softlight output to make the perfect campsite for me. The only problem is i couldn't find the bulb in DC so i thought of converting an AC bulb to DC by removing the rectifier (i don't think I need to but I would for the sake of efficiency :D :D :D). the other problem is the AC bulb only works at 220Volt.... now this is tricky for me. i guess i could always use an inverter (DC to AC) to power the AC bulb but so dumb i hate it
Let there be light and the whole planet lit up 😂😂😂😂man you can make bunches of these and sell them people would buy them they would sell like hot cakes, especially people who do a lot of camping
dude i love your content. please continue goofy camping and awesome DIY projects. i want to try this!
It is shocking to see how creative, smart, and handy you are. Unreal!!!
i dont understand how this dosent have at least 100k views…
This Dude derserves a 1M subscribers.

Finding those deer was a nice bonus!
Oh for sure!
Great Video! I'd love to see a sequel with like a massive laser pointer :D I'm sure it's harder than I think to make a giant laser pointer but now I just want to see that lol
Yea that would be pretty cool Ill keep in in mind for a future project!
Your aesthetic tastes/designs are great!
I'd buy one!
You are so intelligent building these things that you could work at any tech company that you wanted. Plus Thomas Edison would have realized you are a genius!
You should start selling that beast 😎
Maybe put it on a harness or something like that. 😁

Do I need it??? Maybe but I want it 😂😂😂😂
haha
this is awesome great work
I love this. Nice work!
Super cool, I've wanted to build something like this could you share links to cobs, dc-dc converter, heatsinks. Thanks so cool
I'd Pay you for one of these.. I don't have the time to make one, Honestly,
Good Job
Flashlight ❎
Portable sun ✅
Love your videos. Thanks for sharing. Where or how do you find all of these components can you drop us a few hints where to look?
Figured it'll be a vid on this after seeing it in the first portable camper vid. Had to peep! 😂
Lol the grk screws on everything they outta sponsor you at this rate 😅
Okay hold on. The bit in the first 15 seconds... "Hi. Im you!" *Confusedly points as self* "me..?".

(Genuinely though)
Hey Nerd :),
How much did this in total cost to build and how much stronger could you realistically make it without completely starting from scratch?
The total cost is a bit confusing since I had to go through so many different parts and pieces to get to the final build. Perhaps adding a shoulder strap would make it easier to carry.
As you were walking around the forest I kept expecting to see some psycho hiding behind a tree or something. LOL
Maybe the ability to adjust the brightness: high, medium, low. You’re not going to need full light output every time you use it, right?
How do you know how to build all of this! It's amazing :D
The clear walls you made, you should have used wood on top of it. You had at least 10 more screws then you needed on each side because of that.
flashlights in video games look like this lol
We need a crime/botany nerd cross over
I built nearly the same thing independently 😂
OK I grow certain kinds of plants this man just took grow lights and made it into a flash light😂😂

We need to get you a 3D printer…… I bought one at a garage sale for $10, I’ll give it to you, let me know where to ship it
Lightastic
You should put back raiding knife on your table saw
Suppp brother
Hey man can build a super supernova like light, one that lights everything to oblivion (for woods exploring
Perfect for power cuts
Where did you buy your components?
Now make one with 10 of those LEDs.
Why did the beginning remind me of a reel big fish viseo 💀
That’s like the Skyrayy 18650 light - 20,000LM
Um put the blade mount back on that saw before you get a kick back and lose a finger

Man you have to be an engineer to do all these things.
No fuses?!
I’m showing the last post was a year ago. I’m guessing this Chanel is no more.

Can I make your UA-cam thumbnails instead of little cost.

Jesus loves you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Not better than mine
Wooowww dude I would probably never do such a powerful thing, I kinda miss the old videos tho but I wish you prosperity and luck w your proyects (^o^)
I feel like you could have made this out of aluminum and not solid heavy wood.
i dont have acess to some of the things needed to make this light, open an etsy, im can do $100-$150 lol
