As a father and songwriter who was greatly inspired by Stuart Adamson's voice and words, this is particularly poignant. A lovely voice I might add. In Big Country We Trust.
Stuart Adamson made for us songs for life, that have found us in the most unlikeliest moments, like when you are in the grocery store and you suddenly start singing "Your spirit to Me" and in moments when you think back over your life and you think who you were. My father is Maximum Grogan, his song is "The Bold Fenian Men". He sang it on the windwhipped hills of Connemara, between the lovely locals of Killadoon and with my donkey Rainbow overlooking the mighty Atlantic
Very nice song! :) "Dive Into Me" was his greatest "late" song. It kept me alive last year, so while his "Stay Alive!" credo did not help him himself at at all, it certainly did so for me. In his words, for anyone still reading: "Stay alive!" :)
