This talk on depression and fear, is the most authentic, inspiring and powerful I personally have heard of many,. Wow! It should be heard at least once a week, to be reminded of why we are so screwed up and Ven. Robina Courtin shows how to change our perception and be happier.
Of all the Buddhist teachings I've read in books and watched on UA-cam, THIS is the one that I come to when I start to feel overwhelmed by anxiety and depression. Today I was feeling at my lowest low, felt completely helpless and this teaching has reminded me, yet again, of the reality that is deeper than my ego-based delusions, and given me hope. It put me right back on track in a very real way. I cannot fully express my gratitude, Robina.
She is realyyy good! That spirit and livenes, she is my DOCTOR and my priest in a last few months. My mental mood is much stronger because of her teachings. God bless Robina!
So enlightment, been to psychologist page, hypnotherapy page, traumatic page ,healing page, nothing works and complicated. But this talk, i am enlightment, now i understand, every burden in the mind dissapear!
