- The Kent College Choristers made it through to this year’s televised BBC Songs of Praise Young Choir of the Year semi-finals held in Bolton. Here are their highlights.
Great to hear "Shout to the Lord." Great contemporary praise sung to the Lord.

Everyone should be praying hard that (1) both schools will not close down (2) that God will strengthen the conductors. I feel bad for Adrian because he has retired as Head of Music and never won the competition.
Lastly, look at Gamlingay Village College; a school which appeared in the old format in 2011/12 but cruel judges meant that they didn't get a chance at the finals and now they are defunct. BTW, this is the best version of MY JESUS MY SAVIOUR
It is so bloody annoying how the judges have been treating this choir, TGS Motet and their directors. Even worse the BBC have now decided that those who didn't win should take a year's break - how cruel.
Straight fax, couldn’t agree more. Judges been so cruel to this school as well as the bbc. Hope they rectify the situation effective immediately,
