In the past Chargers were pass heavy. Chargers win when Dobbins gets 3 yards per carry. 2 Chargers losses were when Herbert was gimped. We joke around in Chargers circles about how big our big boy packages are. The extra beef packages. Herbert himself is a pretty giant human. He's bigger than most defensive backs. The Chargers WR are sooo new that even the fans of the team do not know their upside. On the defensive side, it is crucial Cam Hart plays.
Weapons based offense is a good way to think about it. There has been a lot of drops, so I would challenge LA players to make the play. 42 and Dissly are running straight to the endzone? Favor covering Dissly, dare Herbert to throw to blocking TE#3 and for the receiver to actually control a 25 yds missile. Press QJ and challenge him to attack the catching point, instead of letting him catch with dinossaur arms. In those 50/50 situations, it will more likely be 60/40 in favor of the defense. Maybe this is a tricky offense. It seems to always be trying to get a presnap advantage, with formation, personnel, killing plays at los. It does a play action pass when you're expecting the run and it audibles to a run when you're expecting the pass. They seem to feast on poor ILB play. They endup with a lot of passing plays with only 3 receiving routes, pass on jumbo formations, and they're rather low to mid success rate. Somehow they have a lot of 3rd down completions and a lot of 3rd and 9+. It's a bit hard to judge because every week there's a new wrinkle, there's a play they execute better or worse. With this inconsistency I think you can see their skill floor, but their ceiling is uncertain so you don't know what their average is supposed to be? Fans are optimistic about it thought, that's a good sign.
Ravens can't have all them penalties it's got to stop
I came in thinking B Steph. would be a good matchup with tightends going forward if Tre white takes more outside snaps
Good idea, that could definitely be the plan.

Really good stuff. Thank you!

Did you make the intro instrumental?
I do see the secondary matching up well this week. Curious to see if king gets elevated with Arthur maulet not practicing and kane likely out.
