Thanks had just spent 30 quid on descaler and ciffe only to find the instructions dont gome in English, i was ready to throw the dam thing up the wall, i was rinsing and rinsing then brought the descaler as mynorange light wouldnt titn green no matter how much cleaning i did without the descaler, the trick is holding the on button on until thr light flashes gree and orange - then you rinse and it works, i reckon i didnt need the descaler as we use it x 2 a day so not in constant use, still you luve and learn

This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
I love this machine, makes great coffee but, that rattling lid on the water tank is bloody annoying.
Drives me mad! I'm sure it wasn't as loud as when we first got it which was only in Feb this year?
Mine doesn't rattle and I've had it over s year now ?

How to descale dolce gusto with vinegar
Is there way to use nespresso capsules with my Dolce Gusto Infinissima? Becouse i was ordered wrong capsules (nespresso) as gift for my parents and understand only when got it... I tryed adapter but it don't work right with my Infinissima coffee maker 😔 So i surrender becouse don't wanted to push to much and demage my coffee machine :/
Our local Nescafe website says its out of stock. What other products could I safely use to descale? And how will the machine know when I've completed descaling?
My machine keeps randomly stopping during this process so I keep having to restart it. Aside from that annoyance all good!

I have a brand new machine . Have only made three drinks and it is flashing orange already. Is this faulty?
Turns out it was faulty. Got a replacement and it works great
when finished pour it in kettle and get that done for free!
What if the water doesn't start to pour? Just the buzzing sound. What is wrong with it?
The piercing needle is probably blocked, mine did the same. You can remove the part with the needle and soak it in descaling liquid or vinegar to unblock it.

When the light turns green and orange and i try to desclae it, it wont come any water out. What is the problem?
Perhaps you need to wait in order for water to be heated enough.
It turns out the container where you put the water in wasn't really in it's place. That is why the machine couldn't take water from it. So it worked at the end

Need to reset the machine as it will indicate descale every 300 cups. To do this, make sure machine is off, press the on button for 5 seconds til it flashes orange and green, then press off, machine should now be reset. Your welcome.
what can we use to descale if theres no option to buy your special solution?

All great but why there's a need for such a process
Because limescale builds up over time and it will affect the taste of the drink , it will also last a lot longer if you maintain it same with kettles , washing machines

После чистки индикатор все равно горит оранжевым
Нужно было при включении держать кнопку пока не заморгает зелёный-желтый. Если чистку моющим средством произвели, то можно теперь водой. Но главное зайти в программу очистки от накипи держа 5 сек.

i had model crups before and it was really good and then i bought this infinissima and was disappointed. the water tank does not always fit properly, and a month ago it does not work at all, the water does not pass through the system. I used it for only a year and a half, and I would make 5-6 coffees a week. disappointment. the old model was much better
These "wait 2 minutes" are the worst.
