Yes i noticed the same thing..He asks question but doesnt let the person talk..interupts and suddenly changes the topic..you are a wise man brother..very few have this skill amd depth to notice such things..
I also want to comment the same thing, MK sir pls show some patience while you are interviewing someone. Give them chance to talk properly. In your interview it looks like you are not interested in listening your guests.

I know Jackie personally for over 30 years. Im no industrialist or a rich man .... and I can tell you, there is no one more amazing than this man ... never in a bad mood. Respects the less fortunate more than the well to do. Stops his car, in the middle of the night, to greet poor people and put a smile on their faces.... This is what every star should aspire to be! Fantastic guy!!
