I see Terminator I click, I like. This is still my favorite and dream car to this day. If I see or hear a Terminator I still get struck in awe, daydream and get excited.
The terminator is my dream car, well 1 of them. Every 80-90s kid has about 5 dream cars, and i don't exactly have deep enough pockets for an F40, a countach, etc... but i do own a terminator mustang. in college, in 2002-03 i settled for a used GT i could afford but stared at the cobra in the showroom on a weekly basis since it was near our work. It is practically factory condition with zero modifications right now. I'd like to keep it factory but i know that as things break, i may be tempted to "While it's getting this fixed, what about X"
Haha we definitely share the "tiers of dream car" sentiment. If you can find a reasonably priced Terminator in good condition they're awesome GT cars. Only problem is clones and overpriced examples on the market. Good luck with the hunt! and thanks for watching 👍
@@WhyBuy I got one a few weeks ago, 12,800 miles. Factory condition, 1 owner garage kept. Found it at a consignment classic car dealership, in the color (black) and style (coupe) i used to stare at in the showroom. I probably paid about $5k more than expected (just because i got classic car warranty, and ofc good ol' state taxes wanting their $1500) but i've got my dream car in factory condition, clean history, title, etc. it's in such factory condition that it still has the factory tires/rubber on it still, which i plan to rectify this week. I absolutely love driving that car, it's everything i wanted and more. BTW, when i took it into Ford to the state inspection/oil change for registration, they had 3 GT40's being worked on beside my cobra. 2 modern ones, and 1 gorgeous red 05 GT with the white stripes down it. Imagine pulling in with a factory condition, 12k mile terminator and you arent even top 3 in the shop that day LOL. I'm kidding, they all raved about how much they loved my car
I think my top dream one is the Ferrari 456, but the second one is this Terminator, which im looking to get in the next few months. The 456’s arent that far unreachable, but these make more sense. Id drive them with more peace of mind i guess.
Right?! As an all-round package this Mustang is such a bargain. Especially after doing some mods to tighten things up, it's solid and very fun! Thanks for watching 👍
I’m actually okay with Fords interior choices because I owned a’95 Thunderbird 4.6 with some bolt-ons KnN cold-air, Super Coupe exhaust, Hypertech Chip, and a smaller Pulley on my Crankshaft, but I had no problem with my interior as it was fully loaded and had a Aluminum Block with Aluminum Heads, and Aluminum Wheels. A pretty solid Red Light racer 🚦
Nice video and great looking car. (But I may be biased) I am just North of Red Deer and have an 04 redfire coupe. This winter I got a 2.9 whipple, mcleod rtx, mgd shifter, and fulltiltboogie bushing kit. Gonna be a very similar build to yours, I will keep an eye out at meets this summer for yours.
I never really liked the look of the SN95. When I was born and as I grew up, that melted cheese look was on everything, and I thought the Mustang was boring because of it. The 1999-2004 years look better, and the 2000 V6 I bought just a month ago for $400 is convincing me that they're better cars overall than they get credit for (despite the 24 year old garbage interior.) I think I'm developing a growing admiration for the SN95 generation as videos like this come out, and I might even say it's a solid #3 after the 1st gen and S197 respectively. I can thank the SN95 for saving the Mustang at least, so it wasn't cancelled in favor of the wildly popular Ford Probe.
I have a 2000 v6 as well as a 1996 cobra. The 3.8 is an incredibly fun car, but my cobra is in mint condition. I can’t tell you how many complements I get on it. Draws much more attention than the terminator in my opinion.
@@sandhydra6666I’ve got a 96 cobra in mystic, lots of work done to it and yea it’s a neck breaker for sure and I wasn’t a fan of sn95s until I got the car now they’re my favorite gen
It is a really great car. Also good looking, with better center of gravity than later model. The engine has lower numerical rating, but it's actually just as powerful. Numbers can lie, and math is not an exact science. Number is the same as language.
Mitsu lancer stole these headlights. The car never existed, and was summoned with time machine with all history forged, just recently. Then they gaslighted everyone (using tv and technology, and fake friends) into thinking "it's always been that way".
@@HAPPYFUNTIMEx2 sold it for a gen v viper, which I am definitely not selling LOL I just couldn't afford both at the time and Viper >terminator. I'll probably pick up another terminator in a few years
Cobra R was pretty awesome, but having something more practical with a supercharged V8? Yeah, the Terminator is hard to beat. I didn't find the position to be too bad but that depends on your height and drive style too. Either way, Thanks for watching 👍
I have a 2001 cobra 🐍 yellow convertible that I absolutely love… No it’s not the terminator but it’s my terminator… I love it and take it to car shows… I love the terminator but it was out of my budget… Thanks for the video
I own an 03 Terminator and the interior doesn’t bother me at all. If you buy an American Performance car from the 90s/2000s and expect a nice interior you shouldn’t be looking for a 90s/2000s American car.
It is cheap they gave us a 430 hp mustang with capability of making 1000 wheel with a turbo setup or big blower all.for 35k on 2003 which would be like 55-60 today which is one hell of a barron considering it was smoking base vettes and even z06 that was 20k more could be taken down with 600 in mods. It ain't gonna have amazing interior but for its time it was good and much better than a basic gt.
Is the owner mentioned ? Any social media ? Instagram ? I’m bought to buy the same car from edmenton and would love to know if this is the one that got sold! Please reply cheers
Awesome!!! I have a 03 Sonic blue cobra with 2,600 miles. Just has exhaust & intake
Very nice! That's a cool color spec to see in person, highly sought after too! 2,600 miles?! Still has that new car smell haha Thanks for watching 👍

The design of the new edge mustangs are aging so well, somehow they are way more attractive than any other mustang
Those cars are just beast
Having owned 2 of these including my current Sonic Blue these cars are awesome to own
Great Vid nice to see a Canadian vid. I am in New Brunswick. I have an 04 Mystichrome. Fun cars its my 3rd Cobra had a 99 and two 04s.
Thanks for the feedback! and a friendly Canadian hello! Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching 👍
The SVT is a beast among beasts. That whine yo😢❤
Hard to imagine but the OEM was even louder than this Whipple supercharger. In person it sounds so good! Thanks for watching 👍
Great Cobra video. Shared from a friend of mine. ❤Appreciate you.

Fords answer to the other N/A competitors pushing over 350hp. The Cobra R was pretty badass in its trip. Many replicated it.

This car is still really good.
The 5.4 4V in the Cobra R is nothing like the 5.4 2V in the lightning trucks. Very different engines.
They have the same iron block the r just has better internals and 4v heads.
Where did you get the Cobra hood emblem? It's larger than mine
