in this video i demonstrated how to repair switch mode power supply. how to repair power supply when we cannot find equivalent or substitute of a smps pwm ic. in this circuit SD6834 / SD6832 Current mode SMPS PWM controller circuit was damaged very badly and there was no equivalent available in market. so i modified a power adapter for hp printer, which was giving this ic is used to provide offline switching to produce 25VDC which 16 VDC and 32VDC, after modification it started output 27 volt, which i connected to output points of low voltage power supply of the power board. which are regulated in further +5VDC using KA7805 LM7805 and 15 VDC using KA7815 LM7815 UA7815 to provide biasing voltage for display circuit, SG3525 inverter circuit to drive the gates of IGBT transistors. video is narrated in urdu / hindi language and how to repair and troubleshoot inverter IGBT based welding machine. it is titled Inverter IGBT Welder Machine (Part -4) Low Voltage SMPS Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting because this power supply is to convert +330vdc to low voltage 25VDC.
in last videos i discussed the Inverter IGBT Welder Machine (Part -3) IGBT & Gate Driver Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting sg3525 oscillator circuit provides a drive signal to the signal transformer which have two secondary windings (180 degree out of phase to each other) in each secondary there is a gate pulse forming network for igbt. igbt switches and provides power drive to the high frequency transformer takes input drive from IGBT transistors and the center tapped secondary is connected the molded D92-20 rectifier set connected in parallel. there is a shunt which is used as a current sense. the SG3525 IC provides a drive signal to the IGBT gates through gate driver network.
this china MMA-200T Inverter IGBT Welder Machine - Circuit Explained & Troubleshooting Part -1, is single phase 220 VAC operated. it have a bridge rectifier which rectifies the main ac voltage into dc voltage, which are connected to pair of dc capacitors through a relay contacts and in parallel 110 ohms ntc resistor. this nts protects from inrush current and upon receiving relay drive signal it switches the rectified voltage to capacitors so, the ntc is bypassed to get full current to drive igbt.

transformer laganey se fluctuation aaey gi. q k jab welding kartey hein to boht heavy magnetic field banta he jo k transformer me fluctualtion laaey ga. is k ilaawa machine ka apna load 3.8 KVA he to line voltage drop honey se transformer k voltage drop hon ge, jaisy he welding rod remove ho ga to input voltage achaank high hoon ge. is tarah transformer use karna dangerous ho ga

Thank u for sharing. Sir output current agar 200amp hai to input current 200x69=13800VA. Agar efficiency 90% ho to input VA= 13800/.9 = 15333. So input current = 15333/220 Amp. = 69.6 amp. sir ye current kya chhota sa relay 30amp ka current sah paayega? and ghar ki domestic supply me machine ko chlana sambhaw hoga? Thank u.
in this constant current mode theory the calculation is different, when we draw the current the voltage are down 1-2 volts. just current is monitored
these machines have efficiency 85% and input is approximately 3.8KVA so at 220VAC the current is around 17 Ampere

इसमे मैंने चारों igbt (40n60) नया लगाया था, लेकिन जैसे ही मैंने arc holder को welding place से टच किया तो चारों igbt खराब (फट) गए l
क्या कारण हो सकता है बताये प्लीज
us ke ceramic capacitor check karein, i think cross drive ho rahi he (cntrol card deadtime nahi de rahaa). aik time me aik side ko work karna chahiey agr saarey IGBT aik time me on ho jaaein to ye problem aati he
