Sir मुझे osmf बिलकुल शुरुआती था मेरा माउथ ऑपनिग 4 फिंगर था मै हर तीखा खाना खा लेता था मैं फोन से बहुत देर तक बात krta था और वो फोन बहुत गर्म हो जाता था और एक दिन गाल में हल्का सा एक दो सेकंड के लिए दर्द उठा मैंने डॉक्टर को दिखाया dr बोले की कुछ नही हुआ है सब ठीक है फिर मैंने मोबाइल में यूट्यूब पे गुटखा खाने से नुकसान का वीडियो देखा तो किसी का osmf का वीडियो मिला फिर मैने अपने गाल को ध्यान से देखा तो मुझे लगा की लास्ट दांत के पीछे की चमड़ी कुछ घिस गई है मतलब दोनो गाल एक जैसे नही लगे मुझे फिर मैने गुटखा खाना छोड़ दिया और अभी तीन साल होने वाला है लेकिन जब से गुटखा छोड़े h गाल में बहुत ज्यादा दर्द होने लगा है और गाल बहुत हार्ड होने लगा है मेरा माउथ ओपनिंग अभी भी लगभग फिंगर ही है लेकिन फाइबर बहुत बन गया है और अब जब दोनो गाल को उंगली से टच करता हूं तो एक गाल बहुत मोटे लगते हैं और अब गले में बलगम बहुत गिरता है कुछ फसा लगता है और कान दर्द करता है लेकिन मुझे tmj भी है समझ में नहीं आता है क्या करू

Hello Doctor,my mouth opening was 32mm last year and it been 1.5 year I have not eaten tobacco. Mouth opening has now increased to 40mm over 18 months. What are the chances of osmf to be fatal now ?
I Donot smoke also. Improved my eating habits also over these years.

Sir mera muh 19 mm khul raha tha 5 months pehle. Ab atleast 23 khul raha hai. Jalan bhi kam ho rahi hai pehle se. Aajkal ulcers bhi nahi aate phele ki tarah. Dawai sb le raha hu. Exercise hamesa kar raha hu. Sb bad habits chod diye hai last 5 months se. Kya abhi bhi cancer ka darr hai mujhe? Please reply!

U can use orahex pro mouth wash and oxitard capsule OD for a few months... It will help
