That characterization in boardwalk empire was spot on , but dude was a genius at entertainment 🎉, 100 years later people still have to tip our caps to him . Marvelous job !

It's truly amazing to me that a single TV show can introduce so many people to these gems lost to time. It makes you realise that they are not truly lost, not yet. It reminds people of times long past, times that were quite different from ours. I love Boardwalk Empire.

When they were creating Boardwalk Empire they actually used forensic specialists and musical history archivists to search for period-correct music, and uncovered and restored a lot of original wax cylinders and other recordings from the era that otherwise would have been lost. That show contributed tremendously to our current archive from the jazz age.

may look simple but I want you to know
I've been to college, I'm full of knowledge
I'm right at home with brainy men and them my wisdom I show
But when there's clever girls around I get up and go
Those educated babies are a bore
I'm gonna say what I said many times before
Oh, the dumber they come, the better I like 'em
'Cause the dumb ones know how to make love
A wisenheimer has you meet her folks when you call
The brainless baby always keeps you down in the hall
Oh, the dumbbells I've met have won beauty prizes
They look like angels sent from above
The clever girl will want to know if you mean to wed
The dumb ones never think of looking that far ahead
That's why the dumber they come, the better I like 'em
'Cause the dumb ones know how to make love
Oh, the dumber they come, the better I like 'em
'Cause the dumb ones know how to make love
The smart girl's speaking Greek and other languages too
But the dumb girl's only language is, who's poochy poochy is you?
Oh, the dumbbells I've met have won beauty prizes
They look like angels sent from above
You start by squeezing clever girls, you're soon on the shelf
But when you're with dumb Doris you can just be yourself
That's why the dumber they come, the better I like 'em
'Cause the dumb ones know how to make love

If you slow down the speed at on the video at 0.75x at the 0.18 second mark part it actually sounds cool because it's actually slow enough to sound like an actual full song and it actually gets more of the timing right on The voice and it doesn't sound like a Nightcore LOL.

In my early 30's, I started talking to Filipino women online.
College educated women didn't appreciate getting sexualised...
It was hard to not be a "nice guy".
I told my fiancee she had a nice butt and her response was "thanks :)". we've been together for 3 years...
"when you're with dumb Doris you can just be yourself"
I'm just an average midwit. My fiancée and I don't have big brained conversations about the little people.
We talk about our own little life.
    That's how it should be...
