Do people know how much harder it is to do a real handstand then like a contortion one? Contortion ones are really hard but holding a straight handstand for like 2 minutes is insane! Nile rocks
As a gymnast I know how difficult it is. The reason Contortion handstands are easier is the lower center of gravity. By bending your legs you have less mass up high, bringing your CG down.
