The part where he says "The Force is strong in our family", the emotion in it, how through all the darkness family is still important to Vader, that part gets me. I'd almost follow him to the Dark Side just to be cared about that much.
I like how it sounds both overjoyed because Vader never thought he would have this and a little unsure like he is waiting for Luke to reject him. It’s like reuniting with a long lost child hood friend and worrying that you’ve grown to different to realy be friends
