Wouldn't it be easier to use your tape method and sew down the middle and fold the hair and sew both halves together instead of cutting the hair in half? In my mind it seems like less work that way. 😊

This is so cool, but I have a question! Instead of cutting all the hair in half, could you just sew down the middle of the hair and then fold it over? That way, it would be double as thick, but it wouldn't have any short ends between the two layers.
