You shouldn't have said to avoid winter travel in Montréal, many enjoy winter and above all it is not always that cold, take 2023 we got temperatures above freezing, only one week was VERY cold and we even got some + 9 celcius
As a Montrealer, I think this is a reasonably accurate representation of the City - I am also very pleased to have seen Stay Brothers restaurant in the video - VERY TASTY FOOD! Get the pork buns and a DOUBLE Moscow Mule.
Trains go to New York as well Winters are not cold but snowy .. we have ski stations, ice rinks in forests and the city ... we have the largest underground city in the world downtown ... no need to fo outside
I just got a parking ticket in Montreal, but I am an Ontario resident do i need to pay it? and this happened on Canada 🇨🇦 day does anyone has a answer please
Yeah you can definitely walk around the downtown area in November, just bring warm clothes! It can get colder, especially when the sun sets but still walkable for sure!
Yes, mid-November temperatures oscillate between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius, occasionally going down to -5 at night. So you should be okay with a well insulated windproof coat. Make sure you have something to keep your ears warm (a tuque or earmuffs). And bring wool gloves. No need for the heavy stuff such as a big winter coat, gigantic mittens, winter pants or even boots. We get occasional snow in November but it's usually not a big deal. Warm shoes are enough. I usually wear Doc Martens at that time of the year, not winter boots.
Curious how difficult it is for an American to get to a hotel located in St jaques? Trying to visit a friend lol but I don’t read French and all of the signs are in French it seems
What a lovely part of the world. A place i would love to visit at some point.

I have visited Montreal with my family and it’s a wonderful place to visit and probably live.
I’m born in Montreal and no longer live there . Besides the food and my friends there is nothing I miss
@ *tobiojo6469* I used to live on the West Island. I no longer live there…
Wow, le système de métro de Montréal est BEAUCOUP plus propre que
celui de New York !!! Les trains sont
plus efficace aussi.

Thanks for the tips!
You forgot to mention orange construction cones everywhere, traffic jams, confusing road signs, pot holes, streets converted to bike paths.
IF YOU GET A CHANCE, COME TO VERDUN AND VISIT OUR BOARDWALK IN VERDUN/LASALLE. IT'S RIGHT ON THE ST. LAWERENCE!!

I dont really mind if you are a Christian or Catholic, babe 🩷💜🩷💜
Its just that i dont wanna get married by a priest. A judge to marry us both will be fine, not by a priest. Hope you understand.
Montreal sucks
Why? Plz explain
Please explain. I have mixed feelings about Montreal and am interested in what people DONT like.

You can book hotels in advance and many of the cafes and restaurants have some translation available too, especially in the touristy areas.
