    Thanks for sharing insight. I was in UK as tourist for 25 days and have traveled from north to south. Except in core london city, every other place i found get deserted after 8-9 pm . I was shocked to see malls getting close at 8 pm in place like london. I was staying via airbnb at different location in residential area and can feel loneliness around. No people around. To cook i have to walk or drive miles to arrange things.. outside food was all same.. Except for few restro where i paid heavily to get something unique.. Not even single day went missing India… After 25 days of my trip .. I landed India with joy.. I almost cried… I made my mind that i will live in India forever.. I earn for better living, lifestyle and comfort and i get everything in India… I guess Indian with decent salary will find India more suitable place to live… Once in a year i travel abroad to get experience but staying abroad is big no no … I am happy with safari instead of Ferrari… I am happy with beautiful weather in bangalore, with beautiful societies which is equipped with almost all amenities, all love ones close by, Amazing variety of food with quality and service, all sort of transportation,..and top of it … don’t feel alienated…. Thanks for sharing this video.

    I’m glad you made this video. I’ve been living in Canada for over 20 years and in the past decade there’s been a large immigration of people from India. Many people come here and start to have depression because Canada is an individual society, and not a collective one like india. So there’s not a lot of support unless you find a community where you have something in common with. It’s good to come here for a new experience but not to think that your life will change drastically for the better. Be prepared for a huge change in mindset

      @observerdownunder3999 2 роки тому +76

      Because of medical system i didn't come one of my relative had a fall bladder stone ...which was giving her a lot of pain ...so they went to doctor but in Canada the system is public medical care in emergency they only look or give attention if you are in desperate need ... My relative was in severe pain in abdomen and still in emergency her no came after 4-5 hrs ...they took ultrasound and the report came after 5 hrs ..they were not even giving pain killer or any anesthesia to stop the pain then they found out about the stone but they said that it's not possible to operate gave some medicines to dissolve the stone .... But even after urging and begging they gave her back the family took her home still in pain gave medicine but still the pain didn't come down ...then looking at her health again decided to take to doctor ...again she had to wait ..and she needed anti biotics and immediate attention or operation as the doctor in second ultrasound found out that gallbladder is swelling and stones are ruputuring but they can operate as the swelling is high and cause more problems ....but again they told they don't have the backup or resources to operate her and take her back give some antibiotics .... But the gallbladder got ruptured and the pain became unbearable then they took her in the thrid attempt when it became life threatening and they agreed to operate the gallbladder was taken out after continuous glucose and antibiotics drip butone stone had passed to pancreas which they took the decision to operate from laser ... And they got out of danger but still her pancreas is bit damaged and she can't eat heavy fatty food at all ...all beacuse of carelessness and public healthcare system ..so if in Canada you won't be operated until it's life threatening and they don't operate until it becomes life threatening ...both the relatives left Canada after this incident after 6-7 months and here in India she is still with doctor and recovering well .although they were living there for 10 years they made this decision and they warn me you would be managing everything bit health care you need to be cautious

    Bro ur video is so nice and apt! One more thing I wanna add. I had some friends that moved here before me and bare facedly lied that they had got good jobs easily and we should come here too. We left out VP and Project Manager jobs and when we moved we found out the guy was actually working in a call center and his wife was a sales girl in Yorkdale mall. We were all MBAs and had known each other for 7 years. Why they lied to us was because rent in Toronto was too high n they asked us to live with them which we thought was them being nice and then they started asking half rent and money for grocery from day 1 even when it took us 3 months to find a job.

    I lived in New Zealand for 2 years. One year as a student, One Year for Job. During that time I met a lot of NRI families who settled there for a long time. 90% of my conversation with them was about India. They'll only talk about their Parents, Brothers, Sisters, farm, home, school, village, cities. etc everytime. Even though they are well settle with own house, car, etc. I can feel their loneliness in their eyes. They have this feeling of missing something in their life. At that point I decided I never want that kind of empty feeling in my life in my future. I also warn about this whenever some friend talks about moving to abroad. Not to discourage, but they should know it.
    PS: I know there are also many people who are happy and fully satisfied in foreignland.

    • @theredstar6493
      @theredstar6493 2 роки тому

      I guess people who can take their families with them will just do fine
      Although any one person from particular family will have to work hard and manage all the things on his own for some years
      To be precise once you get your family with you through private PR, your life will become pleasant again but before that you gotta study alone for 2 years then get a job and apply for your own PR which again will take around 2-4 years so you see in order to settle yourself it takes 5-6 years on average after which you wait for your parents PR approval
      Not a bad deal of you decide to settle early on and luck is with you
      You can be fully independent and take care of your family by the time you're 25-27 if you move out by 18

Most of the " developed " world have more money but lack in human connection more . Of course its marketed as individualism , strength etc etc and there is nothing wrong in it and that is part of the reason they come to east in search of peace and happiness after achieving much material success .

Even big cities in india will give you similar experience. Of course change of country is a different thing no doubt but those who have some experience living independently in their life will have less issues during transition. #justmyopinion.

    Very good information without any bias. I like it. Most if not all applies to USA as well. A few years ago one of my friends in India got into his head to move to USA. He had this rosy picture in his head how the life is here. On top he already had kids. His plan was basically get here, get similar job as in India, start making tons of money and support his family in India. His dad had me talk to him. Once I went over basically same information he realized that he would basically had to start his life from scratch and would be years before he could start sendingoney to his family. He decided against coming to america, started his own business in India and now very successful. He is actually happy he didnt move and stayed with his family.
    I have seen alot of people do the move to USA or canada and then when the realty hits them they regret ever coming here. Many eneded up going back with bad experiences. I totally aggree that if you going to this kind of a move do some raesearch first about the new place you going to and hopefully from without any bias like this channel.

I was planning for Canada this year but after Sirji gave all details in brief of how canada is where everything is DIY, and everything is too far even for normal groceries, I think then it is always better to stay here in India. Wherever you go India is best as people do not have to struggle for all of this. Thik hai paisa kam hai par yeh taklif toh nahi hai

My sister who is settled there for three decades wanted me to get a feel of the lifestyle in Canada. Frankly speaking, I hated it. The climate is bad, and the Indians do not have the same high status as they have in the US. I wouldn't stay there no matter what the temptation. I have been living in India since 2008 and have never regretted the decision. You are absolutely right when you say that the kids who come here have stars in their eyes when they come here to settle. There are a lot of cultural clashes between us Canucks and Punjabi people - I'm born and raised in Surrey, BC and let me say that it's getting worse. Punjabi pop culture is creating a toxic social environment in my home city.

    As a Canadian Citizen living here since 2001, this guy definitely knows what he's talking about. The thing that most students fail to understand is that everything here runs through paper systems. If you get in a car accident or any sort of trouble, you MUST fill out paper work and do everything by the correct process, even if the process takes months. Understanding this will help you use the system to your advantage. I've seen students who don't know how to deal with the Beurocracy so they end up in deeper trouble than they originally would've had.

    Your videos are highly professional and informative. Please keep them flowing so that the watchers would have situational awareness and the reality could be perceived. Self reliance is the main things in these ( Western World) countries since populations are low and standard of living being very high, therefore only the rich could afford all the work requiring high pay for kind of home or other repair or fixing work!!! There are many more other difficulties due to very very low & cold temperatures & strong winds which affects your living standards & costs and movements become very difficult These are only few examples of being self reliant. There are no porters to carry your luggage/bags 💼!!!! So be prepared!!!!

    Good video but why not talk about the positives too. Canada is so friendly and open to different cultures. Racism is very little. It is safe. Kids and parents can walk at night on streets. The lakes and mountains are beautiful (e.g. in BC). Life is very stress free (once you have a stable job). Healthcare is not great but it's free and free for all!!! A lot of the police are typically friendly. All schools are reasonably good. You generally don't have to worry about which neighborhood your kid goes to school at.
    Lots of Indian and vegetarian restaurants.
    I can go on ..

    Very objective review .
    A friend of mine had received his PR , many years ago .
    He was working in a Senior level in a renowned MNC .
    He left the job and shifted to Canada in January.
    He was appalled by the living conditions .The excessive snow became a nightmare .
    He applied for Jobs in hundreds but never received a favourable response .
    After munch misery , he called me and requested for being reinstated .That was not possible , but I helped him suitably .
    In March he returned to India .
    For a few days he had worked as a Labour ..HAMAL, in a factory and that was the last straw in the Camels back .
    He lost quite a lot of money and spoiled his Career too.
