The way you convey the emotions in every clip you choose, and clips I have no background context of bc I don't even know the show and yet you manage to make me feel for these characters so much?? you may say "vale you love this so much because you love most of the shows I've used" and as much as this is relevant it's not just that? It's the way you use those tv shows that makes the difference: the perfect moment placed at the perfect point in music or over the perfect lyrics, like it was meant to be like that. i don't know how to explain it but this is one of the most fascinating things about your editing - one thing that makes it so unique and clever - and it takes heart but also brain and a profound understanding of all the characters and stories that you watch and love. nothing is rushed or left casual. even if it seems effortless - as everything flows so smoothly - I know it's not because making a scene selection like you do takes time and passion and EVERYTHING. YOU ARE EVERYTHING. and I admire your dedication in everything you do and this vid is just a proof of that NOW ABOUT THAT /takes a deep breath. okay. go/ WERE YOU PLANNING ON MURDERING ME? because really, you managed (not physically but emotionally and I think it's way worse lol). I just lovelovelovelovelove this so much, starting from the song which you used so damn well dsfhsjfd and every show AND MOST OF MY FAVE SHOWS LIKE YOU ACTUALLY USED BSG AND ARE NOT EVEN DONE WITH IT LOL BYE SO DONE. I could point out several moments that literally made my hands shake (to the point my phone fell on the floor not once but twice lol) and you know what??? I AM GONNA TELL YOU starting from RUTH's vo and the rose on the floor to MARK AND SUSAN (THEY PUSH !!! GOD I MISS THEM) and will/alicia the angsty honorary otp of mine which I know nothing about yet I love and the goddamn hands (this still gave me goosebumps tbh) AND CARVER/RANDY (still not okay about this) and now comes 1:34 "easier to live with pain than have to let it go" THAT RUINED ME because it goes from toby and saul to carrie and alicia and I JUST KNOW HOW EFFING PAINFUL THAT IS also how perfectly placed 1:50 was (sunnnn) and yes I so need to watch band of brothers like NOW and the beginning of the end begins bc hahahahahaha only you could've thought of paralleling the bus scene with David digging in pain at the funeral (!!!! LOST TREASURES indeed) and everyone keeps asking are we okay THE TRUTH IS I AM NOT TBH. for real. BETTYYY JOSHUA PEGGY PHILIP AND THE HANDHOLDINGS !!!!! Ive probably only watched 10% of what was shown in this video; the rest Im only familiar with it because of you and others on twitter. Regardless that didn't take away from my enjoyment of it! It was so beautiful and stunning! I love the scene selections you chose! I think its brilliant! Please don't wait another year to make another video!
Ahhhhhh GaL, this is so bloody amazing as usual from yoursel. I don't know most of these fandoms (but plan to) but that doesn't matter with yoyr vids, you have a subtle and gentle way of editing and bringing the clips together from various fandoms that makes it all go so well together and flows so beautifully that I couldn't move my eyes from the screen. As everyone has said, please try not to leave so long between your videos now!
