Iconic castle built in 1816 on Santa Lucía Hill to protect the city, now serving as an event centre.
Also the entire site including the parks and garden space has become so run down sadly.
Iconic sight of the entire city to be proud by the people of the city and wider nation. Iconic heritage site of great importance.
