    Thanks Amelia. Sometimes riders want to rush into a new movement or exercise and cut the warm-up short to move on in the lesson because of the time alloted with the trainer on that day or because you have a show or competition. Don't be fooled. The warmup will promote your horses health and well-being in the long term.
