omg i have been doing touristing wrong this whole time. i love how she has so many fun and unexpected things, and i always try to plan for everything and never allow stuff to happen.
i love how she pushes herself to be out all day and do cool things throughtout the whole day even despite feeling slightly tired

i love youu. honestly what u said about the uk and new york's differences is so true. i generally think that in the uk it's miserable and people tend to be closed off but in america people can be genuine and kind, they will celebrate ur successes

honestly it isn't always like that it depends on how u look at it. I had a wonderful time growing up in the UK and even if I'm moving to nyc next year I do appreciate both ofc they have differences but people need to not go out and diss the UK like that. (no offence this is my opinion)

That guy and the blonde girl danced salsa 😊 I danced salsa for a couple of years and I can recommend it for learning to approach people, have an interaction with someone based purely on your shared interest and having a great time. What is a big plus about any salsa party is that you can go completely alone and still have fun dancing + it's a workout since it is a fast dance 😍

tbh I'm always afraid of going to bars alone (or even with girlfriends) because I assume if a guy talks to me its because he wants something from me (which shouldn't make me uncomfortable because I can have boundaries/say no....) so I appreciate your little story lol I want to be more open with people and less afraid

My biggest takeaway from your NYC diaries is that whatever we put our minds to, we can achieve. Every time I watch your vlog, I find myself letting go of my limiting beliefs. Today, someone was projecting their own limiting beliefs onto me, and I was kind of upset that the person thinks I am that invaluable. Now, I realize they were just projecting-they talk to themselves in the same manner. So, I'm not going to take it personally and will just move on with what Tam teaches me. So grateful to have you, Tam 🤍
