its a pressure chamber, and there is nothing wrong with the second plug tested, as the spark plug has two ground electrodes, the spark was jumping from both, it had a more even gap than the first plug.
Why are these things so expensive. Its like an existential crisis buying one of these things. Trying to become lean FI and then seeing the price tag when I need to clean my planes plugs and my mechanics have retired.

We do offer a smaller handheld cleaner the #12 Spark Plug Cleaner, but it wont be testing your plugs.
