fun fact in the clip 0:22 kaioken didn't actually guard break he just did last m1 and kaioken at the same time, if you watch it carefully you can see that he did the kick away thingy before using kaioken

Aba just feels a lot more buggier atm. People can easily get out of combos for no reason, it feels like there's less m1 stun and just more fps drops randomly occuring.
I rather have that then this shit
Yeah that m1 update just was not it, it messed so much up.
The only way I can describe just walking out of combos is just countering while stunned or in a combo.

This wasn’t too long ago but when that diavolo map was released in ranked i fucking hated it it was a sort of small map but any combo character that was bad like grimmjow or young Joseph just got destroyed Cause all the other person would do is sit on top of the bricks with dio. Not to mention how GOOD dio and doppio were then they buffed the shit out of dio for more sales then nerfed him 💀

That map is the pinnacle of get 0-100 because everything is true due to people just doing what is effectively the aba version of corner Ignis
When pain first released I was having nightmares for the next few weeks
final valley in 1s funny moments when your opponent travels across the map in seconds
also gotta love how gohans uppercut literally did not work and beams sucked
I felt like aba had a nice period during 2020 they could have fixed the game a bit around that time but then not soon after they decided to start making awakenings that would 3 stock and that's when it got out of hand for me. When they started to actually make awakenings counterable in someway but strong so they would often 2 stock. Sure balancing was still a problem but they could have fixed a lot of those problems but just decided not to.

@@lev270 before laddering was found it was a lot more fun, and there was like a small ammount of ppl that knew how to preform a oneshot combo, and they were not even true. If you think that 30 damage skills are ok in base and can have crazy range and can literally comboextend then ur smoking man. Aba in 2019 was at least playable thats all.

Old aba was more fun regardless not because of the game itself but the community werent some lifeless kids that spent 23 hours a day trying to find a new one shot combo instead everyone was just playing and although combos did exist no one knew crazy one shot combos
Killua was broken on final valley 1s. I've been in matches when a killua would just skateboard away for like 30 mins

People liked it more because it wasn't as optimized and was more casual
Downslamming and using a barrage move right after to have a true combo extend while they are still in downslam animation was extremelly fun to deal with too, Gin being the prime example
ABA at its current stage is actually pretty good in my opinion, it's just that there's a certain group of the playerbase who'll always mald on any new character with new mechanics/move types (Though Iskandar mode shouldn't exist)

At least almost every character had some unique thing that made them annoying or ''broken'' now every update there are 2-3 characters that are very op getting added each month and the character diff is huge.
Dont forget 10 damage m1s whitebeard and 90 damage 5 second cooldown pole crusher, 90 damage 3 second cooldown helmet crusher and 100 damage guard break mega sweep while also having 200 health

after gon release was the pinnacle of ABA. GON was one of the most terrifying things and compared to now gon is nothing, although gon has kept the overall moveset

You bring this shit up when current aba isnt any better. Current nameku is horrendous to deal with. Kaioken rush is almost unavoidable (you have to block the first part and then counter the follow up) the first part is blockable yes but then follow up happens regardless which is an unavoidable guard break.
