When do I eat over? My kid hood friend, his Mom, Niki (her Christian name) was 100% Thailand person. She'd make these beef skiers on side of garage on a little stove thing, to backyard, a little odd down like a catcher in baseball that's how they are..etc.. I'd always hang out play longer, to get invited. Man the flavor! Amazing! She called me Biiiiian. Not Brian. Great memories!
I was just getting ready to comment that my hubby likes sausage gravy on white bread too but he has to have it on top of the second slice when John leaned in to get his top piece cover in gravy. 😜😜. Men like their gravy!
Hey Renea:) just wanted to say... I have a very small freezer and so I have cooked the sausage and the flour, then stopped at that point- I divide it and freeze those portions, then it takes up less space and I'll add the milk after I heat each one back up. I was curious about your measurements. Hope your day is bright and beautiful! :)

I never thought to freeze it up! That's one of the things i just can't make just enough for 2!
I'm gonna need another freezer for all these freezer meals. Lol. I think I'd put them in freezer bags and lay them flat for storage and to heat them up as a boil bag!
Sorry I'm a few hours late to the party. I'm on post op day 4 from back surgery that was to last 3 hours but lasted 5 hours. I'm miserable right now. Wished I lived close to u cause that sausage and gravy sounds great right now. Might have to make some in the near future. Sounds so yummy. Thanks for the recipe.

I love sausage gravy and loaf bread.. My great aunt Ozie made her sausage in tiny balls when she made her sausage gravy.. I tried it one time, it was really good but I don't have the time or patience for that lol .

Since it’s just my husband & I, I flash freeze biscuit dough, then vacuum seal them so I can pull out 4 at a time. Makes it so nice. We love sausage gravy with biscuits & mashed potatoes. But, the big thing here in PA Dutch-Amish country is chicken gravy over waffles/biscuits.
Whenever I see those stainless steel bowls of yours, I immediately think of my dogs food bowls. Sorry, can’t help it.

Hi Renea!!! I have your wonderful COOKBOOK. I think it would be good if you did more recipes from your Cookbook!!! My dear husband ♡ was the one to make breakfast. His saucage gravy was delish. Haven't had it in many years. Your Mr.Waynas looks super yummy...Wish I had a plate full rite now... Never tried to freeze this...I didnt know you could...Thanks!!!...Great Video!!!...🦋
It freezes well in ziplock bags too if you’re pressed for space in your freezer. To reheat, I cut the ziplock away and put the gravy in a pan on the stove on medium to low heat while I make biscuits. You’ll have to keep an eye on it and stir it around some. Just as good as freshly made gravy!
Freeze in portions the sausage flour mix. Add frozen or thawed to milk and finish the gravy. Less freezer space.
You will be so glad to have all of those frozen meals ready for when your garden season starts. Both of you are so busy all summer long. I am so happy for you.

My family members all love it when I make sausage gravy and biscuits when the whole gang is together. Over Christmas vacation when making a batch, i could not figure out why it wasn’t getting thick… I had accidentally used powdered sugar instead of flour. I may never live it down!! 😂6:37
Like the time my mother-in-law accidentally put pepper in pumpkin pie instead of cinnamon 😂. The boys actually liked it, tho.
You could make some biscuits, unbaked, but frozen, then when you want sausage and gravey, jut to it with biscuits, and bake.

Do you buy your sausage seasoned or do you add the spices when you cook it. I have just plan ground pork then season with all the spices myself, but yet to come up with something I like.
Our local butcher makes the breakfast sausage, Therefore, I don't have to add anything but salt & pepper to taste.

Dear Friend, don’t you find when you make this or any other type food that has a milk type grave/sauce, that it doesn’t stay any thickness to the milk sauce? I have never had any luck freezing a milk type sauce. I always have to do something else to make it like it started out, after thawing. 💕🙏🙏
