This is my favorite 9mm pistol. I got one and put 4k rounds through it with no issues or signs of wear and tear. Well worth the money. The .380 ruger and the .45 baby glock are a close second and third.
Actually, there is. M92F is simply a combination of the 92F and the military approved variant known as the M9. Both are essentially the same firearm. As such, said firearm is named the M92F in a very popular video game franchise, especially in Japan, known as Resident Evil. Due to this, referring to an M9 or 92F as a M92F would be considered normal within Japan.
The M9 is a fine weapon and don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. I have thousands of hours with one of these on my hip back when i was in Iraq. This weapon is my number one pick for tactical(home defense) purposes. Its safe enough to leave locked and loaded on fire in your nightstand at all times. You can't say that with a .45 or a Glock. Also fine weapons BTW.

Recoil is less then the glock 17 and firing burst rounds is more accurate IMO. Although as my dad said there is nothing more important then finding the gun that fits for YOU. this one fits for me perfect. best hand gun I've ever owned.

You can purchase 17 round magazines for the 92F that are no larger than the standard 15 round mags. There are also extended magazines which offer even more firepower. Plus, 15 rounds straight out of the box is nothing to sneeze at regardless.

Okay, friend, first of all, it CLEARLY states in the video at 0:15 that it is a 9mm, which prevents it from being a USP45. However, to distinguish a USP9 from a 92, simply look at the barrel. The Beretta has an exposed barrel to facilitate manual loading of rounds into the chamber in an emergency, whereas the USP's barrel is covered by the slide. The USP's slide is also more hexagonal.
@calooble: I have used a 92fs Florida Law Enforcent model for years. The recoil is light for a couple of reasons: 1) 9mm caliber 2) The pistol is large and somewhat heavy. These two factors lead to a light recoil. The 92fs is accurate but not as accurate as say a Glock or Springfield XD. However it is a very smooth performing pistol and very reliable. I have not had any FTE or FTF as of yet.
Hmmmm, I will have to try that. Then again, I also put this into the "quality" debate realm. My Walther P99 which was designed by the same designer of the Glock and intended to improve on the Glock never jams. The grip on the P99 is also polymer and doesn't flex at all. Don't get me wrong...Glock's are fine weapons, I just prefer others. Overall, my Walther P99QA .40 is my favorite.

the only reason the military isn't using plastic right now, isn't because it's inferior to steel, but because it's more expensive. they have a budget just like anyone else, and military doesn't always have "the best" when it comes to what they actually can afford to use vs. what's available for a price.
I have the taurus version, pt92. Its my favorite weapon, extremely accurate, and doesnt jam on me. I trust that gun with my life, and use it for home protection.
I carry one in PNG in my car. It's reliable, ammo is cheap and abundant and the 15 rounds could come in handy (though I only load 14 for reliability sake).
a big fan of the ergonomics of the USP. There are really a lot of options out there. By all means avoid anyone that says BRAND A-ONLY THING THAT WORKS... bullshit. Use what is comfortable to you, and you can use effectively. My brother uses old revolvers and is damend good with them. Not my flavor, but I tell you I wouldn't want to gun fight with him.

Hmmm....I would recommend trying any of the Walther or Sig compacts. They offer much the same reliability/accuracy in a smaller package able to be easily wielded one handed. I'm curious to try the P99 compact.
@csmybuttt 9mm is more popular cause its alot cheaper to shoot vs .45. a box of 9mm will run you 10-15 bucks depending on the brand, and a box of .45 will run anywhere from 12-25 dollars depending on the brand.
My 92FS has experienced ONE failure in just over 6,000 rds. (bad primer). I'd trust my life to a Beretta 92FS ; especially with ammo unavailable to our armed forces, such as Federal Hydra Shoks.
Blind people also could clearly distinguish them, they're totally different ( except from the caliber ): USP = polymeric frame, closed slide, ( modified ) Berowning system; 92FS = all steel, open frame , Walther ( fluctuating block ) system

M9 is the name the military gave the m92f. It also has a metal guide rod as oppose to the plastic one in the 92d

The Glock and the Browning Hi Power should be on that list too.
