I used to converse with a beautiful young Serbian woman I met on a language-learning app called iTalki and one of the things we ended up discussing actually was the Nikola Tesla thing. I hadn't known much about Serbia at the time and was not familiar with the stereotypes, but looking back she definitely matched all of them in the best of ways. So feisty when she defiantly announced that Nikola Tesla was definitely fucking not Croatian I absolutely loved it.
@@seanhartnett79 The main difference asides from what dialect of Serbo-Croatian they speak is that Serbs tend to be Orthodox Christians while Croats tend to be Catholics (and Bosnians I believe are the ethnoreligious division that practices Islam - I think their language is a Serbo-Croatian dialect too?)
