I finally got around to watching this. What’s the status on the center console? Mine it sitting in a corner of the garage waiting for attention- not sure my game plan yet, probably some JB Weld and/ or fiberglass reinforcement. Looking forward to seeing your solution for the vinyl.
Hey Hey! It's been a minute since I've touched this, but I'd like to get back around to it. Just other jobs that are pressing at the moment. I did do a little vinyl wrap but it was unsuccessful. Think I'll need a different adhesive. But I'll definitely being doing an updated video on the work soon I'm sure!
Connected with a guy on a facebook group. Not sure which one. But if you do a search, there are several with good knowledge on maintenance and care. Some with 30k + members.

How did you get the center console off the transmission hump?
Search for all the screws and clips you can. Also remove the cap off the shifter so you can pull the rest of the plastic bits over the knobs.

I’ve found a good little marine vinyl on Amazon. Seems to be a close match! We’ll see what it looks like once it’s next to the original plastic!
