This tadka Dahi is so tasty and unique that you will end up finishing the whole bowl of it 🥣
You can try this recipe with steaming hot rice 🍚
Recipe ingredients:
Coconut oil 30ml
Mustard seeds 1sp
Curry leaves 15
Hing 1/2tsp
Chopped ginger garlic 2tsp
Chopped chilli 1tsp
Chopped onion 1small
Chana dal 10gms
Methi seeds 1tsp
Cashew 20gms
Curd 300gms
Black pepper 1tsp
Sugar 1/2tsp
Salt to taste

As per authentic south indian cuisine, curd is not used. Buttermilk is used and it is seasoned with all the ingredients you told and then poured on rice and eaten. The dish is called "More Kulambu" (Buttermilk gravy) in Tamil. Good try.

Its called "Mosaru anna" in Kannada.
We make tadka and switch off d gas, then add rice mix it roughly, to it add curd or butter milk, mix it well and serve it with pickle

@@abhishektiwari5158 ओ हो 😂जब किसी को दस्त होते हैं तो डॉक्टर दही खाने को बोलते हैं तुम्हारी हेल्दी कढ़ी नहीं, difference पता चला, दही गर्म करने से उसके लैक्टोबैसिलस खत्म हो जाते हैं जो दही का मेन पोषक तत्व है नमक से भी वो कम हो जाते हैं गुड़ और चीनी के साथ वो अच्छी है कभी साउथ इंडियन दही में तड़का लगाते हैं तो दही के ऊपर तड़का डालते है नोर्थ इंडिया में रायते में तड़का उपर से ही लगाया जाता है बाकी दही के बारे मे ओर भी लिखा जा सकता है

Its not correct way of doing it we use butter milk not curd for this and we do not add butter milk directly into heat pan....after thadka done we add thadka to butter milk.....so plzzz know the recipe properly and do it
