+kensi kenzy just loosen up your body, especially the arms, because if your arms are really tense, you won't be able to vibrate. Do this, bounce from your knees really slow, then once you feel that you can do it fast, speed up your bounce little by little and then once you have it, then you'll be able to vibrate really fast.
